31/3/2020 17:10 | Nice to see share price rising, all be it on relatively thinly traded stock. | mr doughnut1
28/3/2020 08:24 | Last year Q1 production update was on the 9th of April so I am expecting something similar this year. AIMO - I am a big fan of NED share purchases and Mr. Aristide is definitely putting his money where his mouth is, now up to 423,895,851 representing 5.02% of all shares in circulation. Such a knowledgeable and experienced individual wouldn’t have kept buying in the current climate if he couldn’t see a bright future for DKL. I would like to see LM add to his holding, doesn’t have to be a big purchase, but would give investors yet more confidence in co. Hope every one on the thread is well given current climate. | mr doughnut1
27/3/2020 14:16 | Topped up, Q1 should benefit from the earlier record prices in my view. No advice intended. | chadders
27/3/2020 13:48 | Interesting to see the palm oil price moving back up. It's certainly still materially ahead of this time last year even with its drop from recent highs. Obviously demand will have reduced given the economic slowdown, though food and healthcare product sales should remain high. However, Malaysia is on lockdown and Indonesia may follow suit. If DKL can keep trading through this then they may benefit from supply constraints which keep palm oil prices at pretty decent levels. | rivaldo
25/3/2020 09:49 | A couple of weeks away from Q1 update. Hopefully we should see the positive impact of the CPO price rising from the doldrums. Update on cashews would be good as well. | chadders

16/3/2020 07:42 | Great to see our new 5% shareholder being appointed to the Board - he's an impressive guy: "Over the last 20 years Aristide has held senior positions in the commodity and derivative trading divisions at Citadel, British Petroleum, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. A native of Côte d'Ivoire, Aristide and his family have been involved in rubber plantations and processing operations in the country for over 40 years. Aristide grew up in both France and Côte d'Ivoire and after graduating from the leading aerospace engineering school in France, he moved to the US where he obtained a Master of Science at MIT and received a PhD in Applied Statistics from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School, with a focus on Finance and Operational Management of Corporations. Commenting on Aris' appointment, Lincoln Moore, executive director, said: "We are delighted to welcome Aris to the Board. With extensive experience working in Côte d'Ivoire, and a raft of industry knowledge trading commodities spanning over 20 years, Aris's appointment will benefit the Company significantly as we work towards advancing and growing our diverse portfolio of agriculture projects." | rivaldo
13/3/2020 10:40 | Aristide Achybrou remains very keen - he's bought around another 700,000 shares and now has over 5%, with 21.3m shares: | rivaldo
09/3/2020 07:44 | Good to see Aristide Achybrou continuing to buy here. He's now up to 4.87%, or 20.64m shares: Aristide Achybrou is a Director of Citadel, one of the largest hedge funds in the world with Investment capital of around $32 billion. And here he is investing personally in little ol' DKL. | rivaldo

06/3/2020 08:16 | Cheers PUGULYThanks for not stating the obvious:-) | keithlorna
06/3/2020 07:19 | Could be this - A bit of a curate'e egg from REA this morning Might be good long term but if similar reduction in fertiliser use and low prices apply then potentially significant short term hit still possible "Since January 2020, the CPO price has weakened to an extent in the wake of the coronavirus but the fundamentals of supply and demand should, over time, outweigh the negative impact of the virus (should this continue). CPO stock levels are expected to fall to a four year low in 2019/20. The impact of reduced fertiliser applications by some producers in response to the CPO price weakness has yet to be felt. " So there you have it - BULLISH or BEARISH- Cannot make up my mind - but with COVID19 yet to hit Africa probably tending towards the BEAR case. | pugugly
05/3/2020 17:23 | Possibly because the stockmarket has give down quite a lot recently and people are worried it might drop more. At the risk of stating the obvious. | martinc
05/3/2020 15:21 | Is there a good reason why everyone seems to be selling their Dekel shares. Am I missing something. Please tell me | keithlorna

I am sure there is an element of ship steadying in these tweets after last weeks global sell off. Let’s see what happens next week. | mr doughnut1
19/2/2020 20:04 | DKL have been ramping up the tweets in the last couple of days. Today tweeted key shareholders, nothing new but I thought I would list them. For me it’s the last two that are the most interesting. All together they account for 61.96 percent of all stock. 07/2/2020 14:28 | The CPO price is back up at $795. And this morning REA Holdings issued a trading update including this re CPO prices: "The long awaited rally in CPO prices, which followed a prolonged period of price weakness, reflected continuing growth in demand for vegetable oils with a fall off in the rate of growth in supply. CPO stock levels are expected to fall to a four year low in 2019/20 and this is likely at least to support current price levels. The impact of reduced fertiliser applications by some producers in response to the CPO price weakness has yet to be felt. Also, many oil palm producers are reporting rainfall deficits in the second half of 2019 which may impact 2020 production." | rivaldo
05/2/2020 08:56 | The CPO price was stable at $770 as of Monday. That's still 40%-50% above prices only three months ago and of a year ago, and well above the historical $725 average selling price..... This excellent article posted by Leoboy above is well worth reading: | rivaldo
