yes as a lot of people realised at near the end of the last management team the revenue figures where not right. Only possible saving grace for any holders left from the RNS is the word 'imminently' so expect some contract news to come soon

As for MSYS that is now worth nothing, as no money coming from here to support it and still the possible fraud man at the helm. Expect figure from last revenue update also wrong by 45% lol expect as it looks like AIM regulations broken by previous very inaccurate accounts that GB will be in trouble as CEO at the time.

At least the new team trying to sort it out.

Indeed, each RNS talks about MAR. AIM rules 10 & 11 are supposed to prevent companies giving out misleading info or sitting on bad news and the Nomad that signs off on each RNS is supposed to ensure the company follows the rules. AIM Regulation has the power to censure, fine and disqualify companies and Nomads who fail to follow the rules. Does any of that actually happen? No of course not.

As for the auditor resignation, it's another massive red flag at this stage in the cycle - re-tendering of auditor contracts happens at the beginning of the period not after the end of the period when the audit information has begun to be gathered and assessed.

With the whole system in place to protect companies that lie and deceive, there is a big time difference between when a company is technically bust and officially bust so gfg should not beat himself up over missing his prediction. The company may well be technically bust already but there's a long way to go before that becomes an official position. As ever it will be the small PIs who naively trust the company and the system that lose the most.
