Deepverge (DVRG) published a trading update on 17 April in which it admitted that more than half of the calendar 2022 sales boasted of in its previous update were, in fact, fiction. That might be praised as an honest ‘fess up. But following an update from Microsaic (MSYS) on 18 April, it is clear that Deepverge deceived investors. I have written to the Oxymorons...

From another web site ..I should say that Nomad Neil Baldwin at SPARK and broker Turner Pope were aware of that rule breach and turned a blind eye. So they do have questions to answer about that in allowing the 2021 bailout placing to go ahead when they must have been aware of the rule breach. Baldwin would have seen management accounts before that placing and would have known of the change in trading.

One thing that bothers me, if I ever delete a post my name remains and the post sequential number remains, it's just a blank post.

GBrandon's post have all been removed, including the sequential number, that can only be done by ADV admin, how come?????

onehanded, indeed so, I still remember the unreported share deal from his missus, big red flag, gave an insight then if one hadn't already worked it out that he's a con man and thinks the rules don't apply to him.

Looks like MSYS could well shut up shop soon, hope no one holds here. GB wife still holds from that previous unreported deal scandal, so expect her with GB to sell out completely from MSYS before investigation starts and leaving the company with nothing..... What a sad man who lied and lied. Hope authorities watchdog go after him.
