Which vendor ? Is that for issue of 42,800,000 Deferred Consideration Shares to the Seller on the 'Deferred Consideration Date' Deferred Consideration Shares are subject to orderly marketing restrictions, including an 18-month lock-in period. Does that mean the vendor can not sell for 18 months from 1/8/20 ?

Well my positions are researched over years and I now as a PI have a lot more time on my hands (holding just 5-6 stocks) than I did when I was a Portfolio Manager owning 50-60 stocks so I have plenty of time to educate idiots/ignorant/uninformed etc

There aren't many Banks which loan money to technology companies with no real assets to put up as collateral
