Dozey3: I'd be looking at a 5 year timescale. The director sale has certainly triggered a buying opportunity! Always tricky to decide on the point of entry as there may yet be further downside. Its certainly a solid company.

thanks volsung and woody, I was fortunate to sell all my holding at 1920, purely to realise a good profit and untrusting of the markets. But I do like the company and am thinking of buying back in.....

sold my entire holding earlier this morning. the CEO selling has precipitated a private investor sell off and it looked clear it was going to break 1700p. may look to get back in when it settles.

Down 10% since Mr Page's sale.Other high flying stocks of 2017,like Melrose for example, are also seeing sizeable management sales.Makes you wonder if markets aren't going to suffer a correction.

Not sure woody, perhaps the price in the rns is wrong and should have read 18.27p which seems where the bid would be yesterday for that size.

The other theory is perhaps the director had a worked order in from a few days ago.

Either way if the directors want to take some profits off the table then thats fine. What we know is that the business is going well and that there will be an update on or around July 12th that should be nothing other than very bullish.

thx cfro

I see ian page sold a bunch of shares on 21st at an avrage of 1927p. If that's correct that was well above the ask for yesterday so i can only assume someone really wanted them. On the other hand i can't see how that's possible, they could have bought them in the open market much cheaper unless of course they couldn't get that volume of stock, 134500 is a reasonable slug.

AuDigger: what sort of time-scale are you looking at? IMO this is now a LTBH share with international earnings. I like its recently acquired interest in animal anaesthetics which may become mandatory, but fully valued for now maybe.

I held these years ago buying at around £3 and selling at £7 which I was happy with. They have done rather well since then! Any views on how much upside remains?
