The blinkered world hates you a little bit more for getting it right !! They bristle with indignation obsessesed with the daily votality of the share price and their own pockets

Not just the elephant in the room but a whole herd of them .The cost of exit openended

Many of the DEBS stores are owned by individual funds and finance secured on the rents,.fixed uplifts and lengths of lease

British Land have been shuffling them out like hot potatoes

They simply can't fiddle with these leases to accomodate DEBs as it crashes the investment unless compensated

No chance whatsoever of picking the landlords off individually to achieve their aim of costcutting Meanwhile more rent incrases this year

LESS THAN 20% of ALL SALES ARE INTERNET - according to the Office for National Statistics. Even on internet people like to buy from established names. Internet will never take over things like clothing - people like to try things on first - online sales have too many returns in this area.



the HIGH STREET is NOT DEAD nor is it going to -just needs some adjustment. Even Amazon is opening up highe street shops - 3000 by 2021-
