Just look at the 14 year chart above to see what a dismal failure DDD has been.

No one following this stock can fail to have noticed the dramatic fall in its share price. This is due to its failure in everything it has tried. 3D TV has been an unmitigated disaster. There is no 3D TV broadcasts anywhere in the world. TV makers are stopping manufacturer including the previously biggest fan Samsung.

They attempted to offer free trial software on laptops and PCs. That was a waste of time. Their attempts to put 3D on tablets and mobiles was another failure.

Now they are relying on a risky court case to get some money.

It is hardly surprising that their share is at an all time low.

Surely this can only be worth 0p.

The DDD fans are setting their hopes on the unlikely chance of winning a patent court case against LG. LG have much deeper pockets than DDD.

It show you how weak the company is when their investors have to rely on litigation to get some cash.

The settlement figure of approx $25m came from CEO so has to be part of some calculation.

Our legal team are top class with over 90% success rate on patent infringement claims.

DDD may well be the best punt on aim right now!!

You're welcome guys. I think DDD are at a turning point now and all the bad news is in the price. They are turning the business around and now focussing on end users where licence fees can be dollars rather than cents.

My year end target is 10-15p and think the litigation claim will be settled in favour of DDD very soon.
