Extraordinary General Meeting Result

 

The Board of DCI is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting, held earlier today, Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed.  Resolution 3 failed to pass.

 

The total votes were cast as follows:

Note: A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes "For" and "Against" shown.

 

The Board would like to thank shareholders for their engagement with the resolutions passed at the Meeting.

 

RE-Domicile Update

 

Following the passing of Resolution 1 at the Extraordinary General Meeting, the next steps in the re-domicile from British Virgin Islands to Guernsey process have been initiated.  It is expected that the re-domicile will take place on 23/24 December 2024.  Following that the Company will be issued with a replacement ISIN which will be announced, along with a final timetable.  This is expected to be by 7 January 2025.

 

Audit and Accounts Update

 

It is currently expected that the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 will be published in early 2025.  At that time, assuming that the re-domicile has been completed and the new ISIN issued, it is anticipated that the suspension of dealings in the Company's shares will be lifted.
