03/12/2009 08:16 | Very good news this morning. | terropol
02/12/2009 15:02 | yep good value here longer term - surely there are plenty willing to buy in the sun | its the oxman
30/11/2009 23:05 | Chart look good for 80p | terropol
30/11/2009 13:08 | I hope I'm not too late to take up the extremely attractive tender offer!?! Actually I really hope those doing the tender offer don't even get enough shares to cover their costs. Breakout to 83/90p? | sammu
18/11/2009 10:06 | Not sure what happens next, they keep pointlessly extending it but who's going to tender when they can get more in market? Shot themselves in the foot by buying & forcing price up I reckon. Good old AIM. | spectoacc
11/11/2009 12:33 | IG been phoning around to see if me as a holder wanted to sell out to these opportunists........ Politely told them to get stuffed! IG guy said tender offer should expire today so expect mms to mark it down in morning as they too try to pick up this undervalued company at bargain prices - or am I getting paranoid? | byrdsong
06/11/2009 14:05 | Extended again - totally pointless, bid 44.25. | spectoacc
30/10/2009 13:21 | They don't say how many have taken up the tender in the extension RNSs, so I recon it is a very small take up and the extensions are a vain attempt to try to get a few more to try and cover their tender offer costs. Did you also notice that they renegociated the finance so that they didn't need x% of the shares- realisation that they had no chance of getting that many, I mentioned this in previous post 151. | sammu
30/10/2009 12:59 | Extended again! I don't get it, other than assuming they've not got nearly as many as they wanted. Hoovering up at 44p bid I suspect, or they'd surely have fallen back by now. | spectoacc
23/10/2009 20:33 | sitting on a big loss with these but thinking of averaging down | bisiboy
23/10/2009 13:01 | Hm extended it; what's the point? Can sell for top tender price, more when slighly inside the spread. | spectoacc
21/10/2009 15:58 | A bit quiet; I guess everyone who was thinking of taking the tender has now sold out there or higher. Should get details of take-up before long. | spectoacc
15/10/2009 13:42 | Sold the last of mine at 45.5p this am; good luck holders. Think it might go higher now the tender's effectively dead in the water; but wtfdik. I've been in from way higher & pretty disappointed that whilst the NAV's held up, DCI's failed to follow the rest of the property sector back up. | spectoacc
14/10/2009 10:32 | One of my friend of Real estate trust bought 50,000 pound of this shares yesterday. He said me, Almost no Debt - Not seen any real estate so far - Worth to buy at this level. I bought worth 5000£ on my SIPP a/c | gdasinv2
14/10/2009 08:31 | Control as in 50%+. Anyway the tender now looks dead; can sell for more than 44p in market, and buying going on above that. Never thought the original RNS would provide a fillip to the s/p, so hats off to Hallmark after all. | spectoacc
13/10/2009 19:44 | The RNS today said that Hallmark already had control of the company. | kimboy2
13/10/2009 19:25 | I just noticed that on page 14 of the tender doc., the financing to buy the shares is subject to the concert parties acquiring 65% of the share capital. (more detain in the doc. This doesn't look that likey as they would need most of the 120M they are after. If they don't get the 65% they will have to finance it themselves, which presumably they are capeable of doing? | sammu
13/10/2009 18:57 | P51 of the 2008 annual report states: Nicolas May 50,000 shares Roger Lane-Smith 60,000 shares Andreas Pap. 5,000 shares As at the end of last year, not sure if any options. Not very inspiring. Selling one of the larger projects (or even a 50% share) at close to book value, combiened with a 5p special dividend would probably be enough to stop this back door bid for control, or at least make them pay up for control. Would it be that hard to make a sale/bring someone in on a 50%JV? | sammu
13/10/2009 13:56 | Taken from the independent director's response: None of the Independent Directors intend to tender any of their own DCI Shares to Hallmark under the Tender Offer. Anybody know how many shares the independent directors own/control? | gary1966
13/10/2009 13:56 | Gary, Sold for clients bar one, who I couldn't get hold of. tiltonboy | tiltonboy
13/10/2009 13:47 | Tilts, Assume that was the 255K trade then? Nice few days work. Rest of the week off then? | gary1966
13/10/2009 13:42 | Going higher but well done. Looks like they're certainly paying 44p in the market (about 1.4m through at 44p), but will they be paying higher? | spectoacc
13/10/2009 13:05 | Sold at 43.25p. Mission accomplished. | tiltonboy
13/10/2009 10:37 | More puchases just reported. Not sure what to make of that response; they seem to be on the side of the tender, but have at least secured no delisting until Feb 2010. Still; leaves me inclined to tender at 44p (the lowest anyone should be tendering with the shares here), on the last day possible (in case can sell in market for more, which is looking likely). | spectoacc |
