09/1/2011 19:35 | Rather be in then out here what ever the outcome | joe the plumber
09/1/2011 19:01 | I think the resolution will go through as anyone with a reasonable holding will support DGA apart from the 34% that have supported the BOD. I too have funds for more but my concern is the demand will send these towards the 10p mark and buying any quantity will be difficult. If I can get in under 5p, I'll be trying for another batch. I'm not buying them to use to vote with but hopefully make a big return over the coming year. | showmethemoneyhoney
09/1/2011 18:30 | Mike if the chap wins the backing required then these will be worth more the 3p do you not think? | joe the plumber
09/1/2011 18:25 | Buying shares tomorrow can have no effect now on the outcome of the EGM, it is too late for any such purchases to be voted upon. Likewise if your holdings are in nominee accounts you should have instructed your broker last week if you wanted to vote for or against the proposals. The only folk who can potentially now infuence the outcome are those with holdings in certificate form who are prepared to turn up on the day, who I would imagine will be in the minority. | mike111d
09/1/2011 18:13 | I'm buying more first thing also so looks like a race to get in : ) | themoneymonster2
09/1/2011 18:12 | Bravo SW!!!!! Ps I've asked kennyruss for his thoughts on these matters, as he went through something simular with DXR not too long ago. | lufc5
09/1/2011 17:53 | A lot can still happen before Tuesday, maybe DA knows what votes he has and will approach bod for them to save face and accept proposals.. will be buying more tomorrow and will indicate to DA he has my backing. | still waiting
09/1/2011 16:36 | dnfa why don't you post that on LSE and he can respond to you directly | showmethemoneyhoney
09/1/2011 16:35 | 321GO posting on LSE holds 2% and has voted for DGA | showmethemoneyhoney
09/1/2011 16:34 | That Anthony bloke looks like he is goiingto get his scrotum cut off this week | dnfa1975
09/1/2011 16:31 | Hold 100k shares and can't make EGM | showmethemoneyhoney
09/1/2011 16:16 | Without knowing any other voting intentions..... Here's what we know..... 34% look like voting against. At least 17% are voting for DA. Shortfall of 17%. If anyone has voted and who posts on here then let me know. | lufc5
09/1/2011 16:08 | Right do we know how many votes are need and what makes you think that they not already taken for David to take control it's going to be dam hard getting stock Tom | joe the plumber
09/1/2011 15:16 | showmethemoneyhoney you ever heard of gearing? | understandrisk
09/1/2011 15:16 | Is anyone on here considering attending the EGM on Tuesday? If no say NO. If yes say YES. Cheers. | lufc5
09/1/2011 15:11 | I bought 100k for 3.74p on Friday. IMO they will more than double tomorrow in anticipation of DGA getting the votes he needs. I think it will go through and they will be worth a lot more in a few months once the business gains support from the banks for the trade finance and asset finance sides of the business. It is a risk but the upside is worth it IMO. Each to their own ps DGA is answering posts on LSE. Why don't you put your points over to him there directly? Easy to registar if you are not already | showmethemoneyhoney
09/1/2011 15:08 | There is no point fighting to prove each right and wrong let the shareprice do that if it goes up well done if it goes down well sorry wrong judgement but hey I rather be in then out tell you that | joe the plumber
09/1/2011 14:58 | Maybe check the last trade of the day on plus, 260k at 3.75p!!! bodes well. Spot the ones trying to talk the share price down so they can get in!!! LUFC5, yes it is! | themoneymonster2
09/1/2011 14:52 | themoneymonster2 - Mike is right | understandrisk
09/1/2011 14:49 | tmm2. Yes mate....5 miles north of city centre. I knew Tops lives in Dunnington and you fairly near him. Small world hey. | lufc5
09/1/2011 14:47 | themoneymonster2, you owe it to yourself to understand such matters. If you do not believe me then check it out tomorrow. Now if you look at the trades on Friday you will note that the 100k buy at 14:49 at 1.88p triggered the rise, subsequently 100k were sold at 16:01 for 3p. A nice little earner for someone on a Friday afternoon IMO. | mike111d
09/1/2011 14:45 | Can anyone here perhaps contact kennyruss or someone who knows these situations and has been through these voting/egm's/power struggles before. "Speak up if anyone has previous experience" Cheers. | lufc5 |
