There have been approx 700,000 buys and a similar amount of sells in the last 30 days on the LSE excluding plus (very low volume). I can't imagine MM's holding many of these shares due to the no value comments from the BOD. I would imagine that DGA must feel confident in gaining the votes otherwise what is the point in taking things to this stage. He's held his holding for over 3 months and will have had time to lobby major shareholders. Monday will be very interesting as I can't see there being many shares available unless holders sell. If they were going to sell, why not sell at 3ish p on Friday.

The DA stake in absolute terms cost peanuts, whilst the percentage held might sound impressive. Perhaps Kingswood would like to acquire certain assets from the administrator at a favourable rate were one to be appointed. Either way it will all come out in the wash.

For my part I thank DA for taking a stake here, as I profited from the hysteria which followed but opted to get out before the board reminded everyone that there was no value here for ordinary shareholders.

GLA whatever the outcome.

Understandrisk - I am happy to have a tiny 'punt' on this. My holdings are no where near some of the people on here. For me it is nothing more than a small gamble of what I can afford to lose.

If you do have anything productive to state then please do, there are a lot of people here with what I would class as a reasonable holding and any information that can be shared so that hopefully D G Anthony wins is what is required.

Yes, the rns refers to the letter that was not readily available to nominee account holders.

I'm not sure your agenda here but it seems rather unproductive unless you have more to add.

Just stating the obvious!!!!! - re your message about contacting DA. Most people would google him and surprise surprise you will find how to contact him. look at LSE site for his letter then you know his name - its poetry in motion or a very big coincidence

With all due respect, an rns for the disposal of shares, an rns for the new holdings announcement, an rns requesting EGM. Perhaps I missed an alert but I did not see it in rns form that the BOD had the vote of Kingswood, they state that they have 34% vote but not from whom.

Understandrisk - Yes I wasn't aware, as a small holder with my holdings in a nominee account I had no notification if it wasn't for LUCF5 posting. I cannot fathom their reasons other than the BOD actually trying to pull a fast one.

LUFC5 How would you be able to prove to an appointed proxy that you hold the shares in the first place? Any ideas how David Anthony could be contacted. One would think that he reads this BB to gain a flavour for shareholder reaction?

LUFC5 - seems odd to spend all that money to vote for administration but thanks for posting as now it is clear that the 29.13 is included in the 34% vote they have.

VOTING INTENTIONS OF THE MAJOR SHAREHOLDER
On 6 December 2010 the 29.13 per cent shareholding in the Company formerly held by ACP
Capital was acquired by Kingswood Property Finance Limited Partnership (''Kingswood'').
Kingswood have confirmed to the Company that Kingswood will be following the recommendation
of the Board and have formally and irrevocably undertaken to the Company that Kingswood will be
voting against the Requisitioned Resolutions. The Company has also received an irrevocable
undertaking from a shareholder holding a further 4.98 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital that they too will be voting against the Requisitioned Resolutions. The Board anticipates
therefore that the holders of at least 34 per cent of the total number of issued shares in the
Company will be voting against the Requisitioned Resolutions. The Company has not received an
indication from any shareholder that they will be voting in favour of the Requisitioned Resolutions,
other than from the Requisitioner himself.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting is also entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend, speak and
vote instead of him. A member may appoint more than one proxy in relation to the General Meeting, provided that each proxy is
appointed to exercise the rights attached to a different share or shares held by that member. A proxy need not be a member of
the Company. Appointment of a proxy will not preclude a member from attending and voting in person at the General Meeting.

I think you're right about buying on Monday. Very little activity in shares bought/sold since shareholders received info about DGA plans. Apart from the spike in September, anyone who has bought since April could have sold their shares at a profit on Friday, hardly anyone did. It looks like those holding below 7p are hanging onto them so the price could really move Monday to encourage the 7p plus holders to part with their shares
