Block Admission

Dart Group PLC, the Leisure Travel and Distribution & Logistics group, announces that it has made application for up to 504,241 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM under a new block admission. The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Dart Group PLC 2002 Unapproved Share Option Scheme, Dart Group PLC 2005 Approved Share Option Scheme and Senior Executive Incentive Plan (SEIP) in the future.

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares, which will (when issued), rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") at 8.00 a.m. on 1 May 2018.
