29/9/2014 21:40 | The first mate said, " Do you think we'll find the gold, Think we'll find the gold, think we'll find the gold?" The first mate said, "Do you think we'll find the gold?." On the last day of September.... on the last day of september.. fingers crossed for a decent set of numbers ;-) | senor_sensible
25/9/2014 12:50 | The rules state the results should be released without delay but in any event not later than 6 months... Hardly compliant for a company let alone a nomad to leave it to the last possible day to release and send out results....one presumes that unless by chance the auditors finish and the board is able to sign off the accounts on the last possible day every year then the company have been deliberately delaying the publication until the last day without being suspended. But for a company that seems to have so many unresolved compliance and corporate governance issues then it is difficult to be surprised! | kooba
25/9/2014 11:12 | lol, most aim companies the same, they use the deadline as a target, must admit I am the same when it comes to tax return..... Some sneaky under the radar buys going through recently so hoping for some improved newsflow. | senor_sensible
25/9/2014 02:14 | We are heading closer to that last possible day for the results. | nod

23/9/2014 11:46 | lol, the pot and kettle are having a slanging match....... results with next week and hence in a closed period. Suggest it is worth waiting for the results IMO | senor_sensible
15/9/2014 08:08 | I don't think anyone has indicated this is anything more than a risky punt, could be a 10 bagger if they turn it around and any IPO/brokering funds do not all end up being trousered by insiders. on the flip side this is AIM and this could quite easily go bump, all the way down to ZERO pence. There is an outside chance that this could be a TO target too. I am sure anyone investing, topping up or trading has done enough research and understand risks here, if not then they are paying for their training. My appearance here with current liquidity and expected newsflow is coincidence :-) Good luck and do your own research, don't take too much heed of what is said on anonymous BB posters, Myself included | senor_sensible
14/9/2014 20:27 | The CEO and Chairman of DAN is one person.I have been reading the Naibu Global board NBU these past few days and accusations that DAN knew of a fraud.NBU has fallen from 150p to 30p since IPO by DAN. | nod
14/9/2014 10:45 | red you are being too kind to them. How they got/get away with it is extraordinary as what O'Shea and Wilson did it is tantamount to fraud (re Mena and the joint purchase of their restuarant). All I care is share price goes up enough so that I can sell and get some of my hard earned money back. If S-s helps this happen I do not have a problem with it. | lr4850
14/9/2014 10:28 | A couple of scallywags to say the least. | red army
13/9/2014 23:35 | SeƱor was posting alleged positives about DAN in March. The share price briefly rallied and then it halved again in the months that followed to reach all time lows. I cannot see any reason to buy DAN shares even down at these levels. This is a dodgy company run by a dodgy CEO / Chairman. | nod
13/9/2014 18:25 | S-s Holding and hoping for something miraculous. In my head I have already written off the bad "investment" I made here. I thought it was good at 12p many years ago and now where am I? However, foolish or not, I averaged this down substantially to try and increase my chances of getting out without too much of a loss. This strategy has not worked out. I have been astounded by the antics of some of the BOD; especially O' Shea and more astounded that he has got away with it with no questions to answer. That's AIM for you. | lr4850
13/9/2014 11:24 | its ok to hold at this price prior to results, still cheap IMO but hold... | senor_sensible
11/9/2014 15:12 | Thanks kooba. Helpful post. | lr4850
11/9/2014 15:04 | Well they lost £3.2m last year...and it's not going to be as bad as that as there has been a substantial improvement. They lost £1m in the first half and it's not going to be as bad as that because there was a considerable improvement but is still going to be a loss in the second half.So a substantial improvement over last year and a considerable improvement on the first half but still a loss?So maybe a loss for the year £1.25-£1.5m during a strong period for ipo's ...not going to look that clever.Maybe a trading update pointing to actually returning to profit in the first half of the current year may herald a turning point but the balance sheet has been decimated over the past few years...will be a long haul if they do pull through. Will they leave it to the last day possible again to release results to avoid suspension ...probably! | kooba
11/9/2014 14:43 | Just what we did not want, the traders and speculators, but the two days percentage increases were bound to have attracted those sorts. I will see what happens and hope it is not "deja vu" and the results will surprise to the up for once in 6 years. | lr4850
11/9/2014 14:09 | lol, looks like some profit taking. | senor_sensible
11/9/2014 07:37 | ir4850, I would prefer this to stay slightly under the radar for now. Happy for the daily 10-20% gains though :-) | senor_sensible |
