24/12/2013 21:34 | Bet O'Shea popped in today for the 2.5 million share purchase (using our money) - and thanks to his mm mates below the bid. Everything so corrupt yet they continue unabated. | lr4850
24/12/2013 21:21 | Looks like another hopeless performance. | loverat
24/12/2013 20:23 | Appaling given other so called Investment Banks are all producing positive statements. This company cannot even gets it's AGM resolution notice out until days after the actual AGM. A shambles! | shackleton1
24/12/2013 09:36 | Good tactic. Release such appalling results when market is away on holiday so they fall under the radar. Nice one DAN. Or was it supposed to be a Christmas present for long suffering shareholders? | lr4850
24/12/2013 08:21 | lol, its a Merry Christmas for Sheah who is probably bathing in fine champagne at the minute | dewtrader
23/12/2013 18:28 | Akers Biosciences Placing to raise £625,000 23rd December 2013 Daniel Stewart acts as NOMAD and Broker ....from DAN web-site | lr4850
17/12/2013 09:29 | Hi AshleighP Feel very much the same. It must of been an aberration on my part as I thought I read good things about O'Shea and one of the reasons I invested. It must have been about another O'Shea as this one is, I agree totally: " for lining his own pockets " only. I am still in unfortunately, but have made up substantial losses here elsewhere. | lr4850
17/12/2013 09:20 | LR4850 I did receive notice of the AGM via my broker before I sold my holding. I toyed with the idea of attending, but decided the expense of the train fare was a waste for these boys and would only add to my loss. I remember the one and only AGM I did attend, where I was the only attendee that asked any questions. The whole meeting was over quickly and Shea didn't seem keen on hanging around to meet the shareholders present. Shea is only interested in lining his own pockets and I suspect has no qualms about who loses out along the way. I wish i'd seen this for what it was earlier, rather than hanging on in denial. | ashleighp
16/12/2013 22:17 | Totally concur red. | lr4850
16/12/2013 22:05 | Bunch of crooks | red army
16/12/2013 21:31 | Was there notice anywhere of this AGM? I would not be at all surprised if there was not and, surprise, surprise: all resolutions duly passed. Did that include increasing remuneration? | lr4850
22/11/2013 06:32 | The FSA is governed by the FSMA - Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA") and any precedents established in cases since then. So as a starting point we would need to have unequivocal evidence that specific sections of FSMA were breached.I get the impression that the FSA is more focused on procedures being followed rather than any possible fraudulent activity or serious misbehaviour. To quote an observer in the Pru case: "As you say the FSA are just going after a minor infringement - like giving a red card in soccer for kicking the ball away but only finger wagging the player who's tackle just put an opponent out of the match." | nod
21/11/2013 07:59 | And that's why DAN have continue in their unscrupulous activities. | lr4850
20/11/2013 22:17 | The FCA and AIM tend to cherrypick the cases they take on in order to make them look better rather than any will to regulate. There are three reasons why they are unlikely to act. Firstly they do not like cases which are complicated and likely to turn on quality of evidence. Rather, they prefer hard facts first before they will consider, which rather defeats the point of being an investigator. The other thing is if the subject of the complaint is high profile and respected in investment/financial circles, they do not like to act. This is because investigations draw attention to the fact that wrongdoing and fraud is rife and committed even by those you would not or should not expect. This then reflects on the regulator for being perceived to have failed to regulate. Finally, the regulators are lazy and out of touch and this culture has prevailed for many years now. Generally they like straight forward cases and pursuing weak/easy target offenders. | loverat
20/11/2013 21:04 | Nod I have done the best I am able to do mainly using yours and Kooba's research. I emailed AIM regulators and the guy who wrote the article about Rangers in the business post? Aim sent me a standard response that they would look into the matter and don't expect anything to come from it. I haven't heard back from the business post. | lr4850
20/11/2013 20:55 | Is Kooba still here?I seem to recall he had filed a complaint with a regulator - am I right? Has he heard anything? What is required here is for someone with a bit of spare time and good documenting skills to pull together all the facts surrounding each issue. First of all defining what the specific issues are that may or may not breach regulations or laws.I had hoped to do that but I am currently overloaded with a project. I also live on the other side of the planet and have found UK regulators are dismissive of complaints from overseas. They are generally a lazy and pompous bunch who look for any reason not to investigate the entities they are supposed to regulate (i.e. they avoid work). Is there a shareholder action group in the UK. A champion for shareholders and who know the rules. | nod
18/11/2013 21:12 | As I see my money go down the pan there is more comedy from DAN on their web site: ValiRx Plc Placing to raise £1 15th November 2013 Daniel Stewart acts as Broker Wonder what the fee for that was £1 million. :-) | lr4850
18/11/2013 12:14 | I expect an Evolve type experience here is in the making. Going private and shafting pi's. | lr4850
17/11/2013 09:37 | Not the only AIM company linked to Rangers. I am sure many folks will remember the Craig Whyte affair and the connection to MHG and CEO James Holmes - a Conservative councillor who presided over the shareholder destruction and murky dealings. | loverat
17/11/2013 09:30 | Just look at the quality of the recent clients they have picked up. Mirada decidedly dodgy Director and Valirx virtually dead in the water. Are we supposed to be impressed by DAN's recent "work"? I am not! Nor do I think that will others be. Anyhow, none of the earnings will feed into the bottom line - it will be quickly absorbed by Directors et al. | lr4850 |
