02/10/2013 09:41 | Why?Somebody wanted out at 0.23 and somebody else wanted to buy them, what on earth is wrong with that? | jwe
02/10/2013 08:27 | Good theory Nod. Let's hope that the authorities have a look at this transaction of shares. | lr4850
02/10/2013 01:06 | How could Shea buy shares at 0.23p and well below all other recent trades. It must be an arranged sell-buy between two parties so I'm thinking the seller may be Wilson giving his remaining shares to his mate after milking a few million out of DAN for what appears to be nothing in return for DAN. | nod
01/10/2013 20:54 | Can't imagine a Rival firm with MM sitting on a stake... Maybe has been reported out through different exchange. We should have some disclosure rns's in the next few days.I am viewing the company as a regulated shell with attractive tax losses to reverse a viable securities or fund management business into... Kick the old management out and use up the £15m of tax losses against future profits...could see real value then. Not sure it can survive in its current form under existing management. | kooba
01/10/2013 18:47 | A lot of insider buys. | vyke82
01/10/2013 14:29 | shea perhaps worried that someone will come in and take his cash cow from him. | lr4850
01/10/2013 14:17 | Has someone taken them or have they created an overhang? | knowing
01/10/2013 14:08 | Not sure he is a judge...after all he is the man that has left the company in such a bad position that someone is prepared to dump at a level valuing the whole company at £1.2m !! Against reported net assets of £4m at the year end (though the company has made further losses in the first half ) so who knows where we are now.He is also the man that has left this company with retained losses of almost £15m ( though these perversely are potentially an asset) he is also one of the few people who would touch this with a barge pole so is a buyer of last resort and note what level he is prepared to pay! A negative enterprise value...figures!Who took the rest of the stock then over 4% stake? | kooba
01/10/2013 14:00 | PS DAN... what happened to that pipeline of exciting deals indicated at last results? More hot air. | lr4850
01/10/2013 13:52 | O'Shea spent a few quid on shares, Sorry mate you're not fooling anyone.! | lr4850
01/10/2013 13:29 | Bet they are well miffed. Word gets out further and the nomads and brokers will now start dumping DAN in droves and it will start happening soon. | lr4850
01/10/2013 13:27 | Its a 7.35% stake so can only be Wilson or Rockridge...or of course Mr Shea maybe getting out while there's still a bid of sorts after all his renumeration down to £170k this year from £450k last year...poor fellow! My money on Rockridge getting the hell out. | kooba
01/10/2013 13:24 | Obviously in a rare moment of complete stupidity. | loverat
01/10/2013 13:10 | The chinese bought 29M at 2.5p | knowing
01/10/2013 13:06 | Yes - that large trade looks like an institution. I wonder if they are directors dropping those 1 million trades. | loverat
01/10/2013 13:03 | Wheres the other side to that print can't believe a MM has taken them as principal?Wilson or rock ridge jumping ship?Who else has got that size holding. | kooba
01/10/2013 11:40 | pension fund... or mine. Hope the insto's kick up some fuss and take these shysters down.. My only consolation is directors (term used loosely) have their (perhaps ours)cash in these shares. | lr4850
01/10/2013 11:36 | 100k worth of shares there. I wonder where they went. 0.23p selling price - must be a massive hit. Hopefully not my pension fund! | loverat
01/10/2013 11:34 | There's my answer. Looks like an Insto has just bailed. | lr4850
01/10/2013 09:00 | Well done Kooba. I wonder what the Institutional investors think? If there are any left. | lr4850
01/10/2013 08:55 | I sent an earlier email to peter.shea@danielste | kooba
01/10/2013 08:48 | Good the more the merrier! As you say aim regulation pretty toothless but if you don't report flagrant disregard for the rules by an AIM nomad that is listed there seems little point in having the nomad system there to protect investors (hearty laugh)..but even if it is followed up to any degree I believe it will be rather uncomfortable for DS board and their nomad Westhouse. | kooba
01/10/2013 08:41 | email sent | lr4850
01/10/2013 08:40 | Staff closing shorts!? :) | kooba
01/10/2013 08:29 | Can't believe folks are buying this, especially on that spread. | loverat |
