No sells of any significance on the OTC exchange as well...now down 12% after the 10K purchase at 0.17 cents.

maxmubble - not gone bust yet and I made my explanation clear at the time...still a few days before de-listing.

Looks like full time stalkers doing alot of stalking on all threads today...I suppose the rats have got something to aid them for now...all can change pretty quickly.

KBC on 2.20p and fall from 3p only on market weakness. Atleast we have the bottle to buy some shares...cowards...freaking lot of them.

And duly they arrive..LOL! Suppose it'll give rats something to feed on for now. Fall just on general market malaise. Bid price well supported with MMs at 1.80p, 2 on 1.75p and 1.70p whereas 30K at 2.25p and EVO on 2.40p, KBC & JEFF on 2.50p and WINS with 3.25p on the offer.

Let's see - $400m+ of net debt accumulating interest and fees at around 14%. That means they need to make an operating profit of $56m just to pay the interest. There is zero prospect of this happening ergo they are unable to service their debt and, by definition, insolvent.

The debt holders have the most to lose ($400m) and so will be most keen to see DNK return the greatest value it can. This will not be achieved by trading out of trouble. Each day they trade, the debt grows. The only sensible conclusion is that either:

1. DNK will be sold (in parts or in whole) with the proceeds all going to the debt holders.
2. A D4E will take place with current shareholders being effectively wiped out.

Both these options are made easier by delisting from NASDAQ. In view of the growing debt position, one of these options will happen in 2008. DNK shares are currently not worth the paper they are written on. Get out and take whatever price you can.

Held up well today despite the FTSE finishing 323 points down. Buyers still nibbling away on the OTC exchange and the price has definitely built a lot of support at 20 cents.
