Directorate change
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that Carmel Warren, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board that she plans to leave the Company to take a career break and to pursue other opportunities.
Carmel will remain with the Company during her three-month contractual notice period, including for the release of the Annual Financial Results in June 2019 and will work to ensure an orderly handover of the role to her successor. A transition plan is in place and the Company has commenced an external search process.
Peter Kear, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"On behalf of all shareholders I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carmel for the significant contribution that she has made to the development of the Group's business since she joined us four years ago. Carmel remains committed to the Company and will work with the rest of the Board on ensuring an orderly transition is effected in due course."
