Below is a copy of a post from someone on the Ample bb commenting on the 'american buyer' rumour..........expect a return to 1p!

........"This story is untrue. And also a mischievous mistake by the pump and dump merchants at the Daily Mail. The company that has the American stake holder is Cyprotex. Nordan Holdings has a 29.9% stake. This is old news already issued by Cyprotex."....

That 1.45 mill was a 'T' trade, an accumulated buy.............or sell

'T' If reporting a single protected transaction. A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction, the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction. However, the market as a whole isn't told until the end, thus the order is protected.

Unless Zinyowem knows better I reckon it's end of November early December. Interims were in May and last years Finals were in December

I was in at 0.94, haven't sold any and don't intend to just yet. Could be a lot further to go for those patient enough. A little retracement is expected after such recent highs.....

The Daily Mail today reports...The appearance of an American buyer helped drug recovery research minnow CYTOMYX soar 3/4 to 1.9 on turnover of 32 million.
Can anyone throw any light on this as I am new to this stock. Thanks in advance. Heather

reckon the MM's are going to play games with this one, take a look with CCN, same thing happened there.
MM's will keep prices stable to tempt the buyers back in and then..... BANG
mark down galore
IMHO of course.

I fell overboard yesterday at 1.72p then 1.78p.

If I was going to be around at the open today, I'd have held but I reckoned it could have easily been marked down first thing.

TCY is my main stock (I have a disgustingly large holding but am beginning to sell - target 17p but it could go much further.) DMR looks good (massive assets). I have others but not sure of their direction at the moment. AUK is worth watching - very quiet but I bet it will shift soon. (Could possibly do the same without the "f" though!)

I must say though that it's got to be one to watch very carefully

In my opinion the RNS is nothing to get het up about; the directors, if they do not know of any official moves, are duty bound to put out an RNS to that effect. I still believe that there are informal soundings being made by would be acquisitors although I have no facts to back this up; as always time will tell and I believe sooner rather than later.
