In the news release, CWA Takes Stand Against Excessive CEO Compensation,
Severance at Citizens, issued earlier today by Communications Workers of
America over PR Newswire, we are advised by the organization that the first
paragraph, first sentence, should read "the re-election of the members of the
compensation committee of the board of directors" rather than "the re-election
of Robert A. Stanger to the company's board of directors" as originally issued
inadvertently.

In the second paragraph, first sentence, the phrase "during Mr. Stanger's
tenure as a board member and chairman of the Compensation Committee" should be
deleted from the release.

In the eighth paragraph, first sentence, the phrase "Mr. Stanger and other
members of" should be deleted from the release.
