Clayhithe PLC announces the admission to the Official List by The London Stock
Exchange of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each on 2 July 1997. These shares
which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue will be allotted
from time to time in accordance with the conversion of Convertible Loan Stock
2000/20001 and the exercise of options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
