I think its only me that thinks that tomato. Everyone else i think its liquidation apart from Barry who is quite positive but then he would be as he owns shares in the company. The others are just lurkers or mm's with an agenda.

indeed Barry - they have no debt now so shares offered for Cscape would be ok by me - more liquidity etc etc - would you be happy if they offered decent price?

Max, I note that Hasgrove has sold one of its subsidiaries for 8.5 million, their report out at the end of this month will make interesting reading as it should highlight the present opportunities in the Internet world

Me too Barry - to be honest getting a bit cheesed off here. Sometimes I wish Keith would just offer £2 and get on with it. Hes such a bore really.

Still own a fair chunk Max but under the 3%.You seem to be more optimistic , your knowledge of cScape is greater than mine and u can see Value as i think u mix in the same sphere, so i hope your optimism that we are nearer to a result comes to fruition B

Barry how do you see things unfolding to unlock value? Do you still own a fair chunk of shares?

Well we will just have to hope he does the right thing by the long suffering shareholders. You seem to think that the situation is near at hand,so here's hoping
I am watching this space as u suggest with anticipation of a good outcome

Dont have very many shareholders realistically to fight it Barry. Andrews shares are a given for Young so that will take him to nearly 70% - im sure he has a few other associates on the register for assistance. There are no small shareholders on board here as keith has wiped them out. He doesnt want to bring any institutions on board and has made no effort to do this. They do not even have any non execs or FD on board so Killick was brought on board likely to help out. He hasnt bought any shares as that would likely push the price up. Keith has done nothing for 10 years to try and promote the company so why would he start now when he is so close to getting the whole thing for next to nothing and taken a salary every year as well?

I would hope that any move to take this private would be strongly opposed by the minority shareholders if a ridiculous price was offered

Of course Keith could be waiting for a big drop in the market and then take it private at a low price. Always a possibility as its not the first time he has been up to his tricks.

Not sure about debt not included in the losses. This will be a cash deal. Not sure if HMRC would do a one off settlement deal or wether there are some tax rebates due for R&D costs which might migate some of this. Anyway £1.3m is peanuts in todays market and for a larger player to get their hands on cscape the crown jewel it really wouldnt feature much in the cost of acquiring and could be financed by a cash positive company no problem. Cscape is really a gem of a company and Keith knows it. he has been hiding it from the market until it has got real traction and it really is ready to blossom. Lets not forget Bluesky and all the other bits and pieces. The key is now how to unlock the value and i think we are near the start of that process. Watch this space.

I think someone is going to have to pay £20-£30m for this gem to gain control.

In the last set of accounts it was the debt that upset JonC, do you think that level of debt has diminished or has the loss Keith mentioned in his statement arisen by paying some of that off?
How much debt would u imagine there is
U also have to consider the real asset value of the written down/off in the equation

I think its down to two options now. Takeover or RTO. RTO would involve suspension for a while and we only have two directors in place so that would work ok. The accounts are clean we have little debt so an RTO would be fine. I just have a sneaky feeling all the same that Keith will take the money and run so a takeover is still top of the list for me imv and very soon.

£66m mkt cap - loss £4.55m....Debt £24m...hmmmm

That must be a concern for JonC surely?

There is consolidation happening in marketing, as digital agencies buy up social specialists, and the big marketing agencies buy up digital agencies.

Some sort of value must be delivered now - the only think makes sense is a takeover. They cant do nothing to Decembers results to show aprofit potentially. Every month doing nothing is losing value for the company.imv

What the company needs to do is to set one person on a task to invent a good little earner, that brings in royalties big time.Alice seems the ideal candidate for that, others in the firm may also have the ability.

Year long contracts must be very valuable,as well as steady work 400k would u think

That was the time i got in at 1.16p 6 /9months later there was a consolidation of the shares went to £1.16 then to 70p and then your account above fits in again.then to 4p.I sitting on some losses on the 2000/1 shares i bought which would have to reach £10 just to break even,no interest taken into account.Year after year we are given lame excuses, and now in a peak period for I T companies they still cannot make a decent profit.you cannot enter the Aim market now with a Market cap of less than 3 million, and ours is £1.31million,pitiful
