Dont worry JonC, far better to be in this one than out of it
A little bit of criticism does no harm, far better than being a perpetual pessimist, you just got out of bed, no point getting up from one day to the next if you are a pessimist.

No with my heart Barry i dont want an unexpected shock. Christmas eve is fine. I suspect dilution will come at some point and prob below the £1 so as Keiths move does not look selfish. May be £200k or so. Time will tell but as usual city a bit predictable.

Just about 1 Month to end of financial period end, have they made a profit or are overheads still a problem, and what really was the reason for the consolidation ?.In my view just to entitle Kieth to get his hands on the majority of the company. How cynical is that .lol.
No mention of corporate action

Taken from the Company circular sent to shareholders 1/12/10

In addition, the Board believes that the Company's ability to attract new, particularly institutional, investors would be enhanced and so the liquidity of the Company's shares improved if, following a sub-division and redesignation of the Ordinary Shares, there was a consolidation of the shares then comprised in the Company's ordinary share capital into shares of a higher nominal amount.

And a few words of future prospects would have made the share price rise ,instead we got this

Capital Reorganisation

The Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") are currently trading at or below the nominal value. It is unlawful for the Company to allot Ordinary Shares at a discount to their nominal value and this, therefore, restricts the Company's ability to issue new Ordinary Shares, either for cash or non-cash consideration, at or near to the current market price of an Ordinary Share. Therefore, in order to undertake an equity fundraising or take advantage of any future opportunities, the Board proposes a sub-division and redesignation of the Ordinary Shares.

We do need as shareholders some measure of progress issued by RSN before the normal date of Christmas Eve
Does anyone else agree??

Wheres all this corporate activity that was mentioned.
The period end is 30th june 11.This share is at 10.5p as i see it in the old form, its started to make a profit , the sector is improving day by day and ,low and behold we have droped from 20p to this level. Not very encouraging.
More news ,yes but nothing to make the share price move,so in my thoughts i think that the company has to issue RNSs now and again with spacifice values of contracts

Hi Barry, any thoughts as to the thinking behind the Foundation thinking website? It seems to me to be duplicating things and also could lead to brand dilution?

More good news on the cSscape News web page, also only just over 8 weeks left in this current half year to June 30th.
Cannot imagine that they wont increase their trading profit situation as the sector in general seems to be doing well.
At cScapes market value they must stand out like a sore thumb

well done Barry - imagine NIKE copying your ideas...lol
Being in the right place at the right time is the secret,
90% luck and 10% ability also helps ,lol,in my case

They did actually,i came out with a TV advert "Do it in Nicks",which ran on TV in the UK.(Still go it )
and they came out with theirs " just do it " ,a year later.

Getting back to business, do u think we will know by the 19th,lol

Also noticed that they downplayed the results, thought that they want to manipulate this to their own advantage,as they have in the past.
