Surprised to hear Theresa is leaving Cscape!??!!! Maybe we will get bid for after all - need to get rid of Killick first who would want him though and I suppose he will get big payoff. Maybe he will just leave because of embarassment and not have to pay him anything. Anyway things are likely to get very interesting maybe even this week hopefully.

Drawing a line under things here seems to be followed by a consolidation and a lowering of the line ready for next time. V.

I think fundraising 70-80p range. £1-2m raised quite a heavy dilution but then that would draw a line under things and a rerating should occur quite quickly imv as the risk has been removed. Sometimes the price will drop below the fundraising price but in cases like this usually not. Lets just get it over and done with and full steam ahead i say.

There must surely be two Cscapes on the go?? We are around the world telling everyone how to suck eggs and we cant even get a profit on the table. Is Killick for real someone who has delivered nothing to shareholders for 12 years+ and he swanns off doing interviews and bloggs and the business is teetering at a mkt cap of £1m. There must surely be another Cscape on the go as this is not the one I know.

Interesting no contact numbers again for Killick & Young on the RNS. Oh dear shareholders are a pain in the backside. Looks like Keith is keeping her down so his mates can come onboard as agreed all those years ago.

He started the company years ago was bought out and since then has not performed to shareholder's satisfaction(which means me Max).
How is it it that these guys can get out of Bed one day or over a period of years and do Nothing for shareholders and then ,Oh Im ther Greatest , "me and my Friends will have it now for nothing", well any of that and i will buy it Myself, if u run it ,lol

I am always amazed that in these management buy outs , the Directors who have performed soooo badly can persuade Banks to back them.The banks only back them from what i can make out because the shares are gifted to them, not this time around hopefully

Lets hope hes made to pay a proper price,we dont want any giveaways at this stage.
Whats the scenario if the management say they will give £1.50 a share and Kieth pushes that, and some third party came in and offered £7.50, a more realistic price, what happens then.lol
