RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

CRH plc announces that today, 7^th February 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 775 Ordinary Shares at a price of €23.39 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,198,830 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 690,973,172.
