Result of AGM and Dividend Policy

Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, held its AGM earlier today and is pleased to report that all resolutions were duly passed.

Also at the AGM today, the Board of Northbridge confirmed their present intention, based on their current expectations of trading, of paying maintained dividends in respect of the year to 31 December 2015. This reflects the Board's confidence in the business' ability to generate strong cashflow even when net profitability is reduced. Aggregate dividends of 6.2p have been approved in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014.
