    Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that it was notified by Mr. Ash
Mehta, the Company*s Financial Director, that he has today purchased 2,360 ordinary shares in the Company, at the price of 135 pence per
ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Ash Mehta is now the beneficial owner of 18,315 shares representing approx. 0.24% of the Company*s total issued
share capital.
