announces that Mr. Eric Hook, Chief Executive Officer, today transferred 4,000 
ordinary shares in the Company, which were held in his own name, into a SIPP of 
which he is a beneficiary at a price of 117.5 pence per share. 
 
 
Accordingly, Mr. Hook remains beneficially interested in 266,250 ordinary 
shares, representing 2.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
