Notice of Annual General Meeting

Creo Medical Group plc (AIM: CREO), a medical device company focused on the emerging field of surgical endoscopy, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("2021 Annual Report") and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been published on the Company's website at https://creomedical.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/ , with hard copies being posted to those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication from the Company.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 28 June 2022 at 10:00am at the offices of Osborne Clarke, 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EG and will consider the Resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM. The Company's CEO, Craig Gulliford, will make a short presentation at the meeting. No new material information will be included within the presentation.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy at the AGM, which can be done:

   --    By completing, signing the enclosed Form of Proxy and returning it to Equiniti; or 
   --    In the case of CREST members, by utilising the CREST electronic proxy appointment service. 

Proxy votes must be received no later than 10:00am on 24 June 2022. Shareholders are recommended to appoint the chair of the meeting as their proxy rather than a named person, as any such named person may not be permitted to attend the AGM in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. if they are required to self isolate).

Voting will be conducted on each Resolution by way of a poll.
