Methinks attempts are being made to pick up this fully listed company on the cheap.Watching events like a hawk.Worth noting the trades over the past few weeks,including director purchases at a large premium to the current price,and the larger shareholdings involved.DYOR.

trades of 1m a week or so ago were mine - putting some of my holding in ISA

guess 3m of a few days ago was similar by someone else

todays trade 50k

total volume over last month= diddly squat

no news until co revelas how well it is doing - they ar ein a habit of reporting at the very last moment- lets hope new "fd" has better habits - at least he has commited some of his own money to the company.

am looking for 10p by christmas if all goes well.

I'm not prepared to say how many I hold,but it's more than you are implying.I am awaiting developments which I accept may take some time.No point in locking up unnecessary funds in a special situation,particularly if there is an opportunity to buy more on the cheap.Meanwhile, I have other fish to fry.WRN is an interesting one-current trading not much to shout about, but the main players have an enviable track record,and I reckon it's poised to do great things after short term setbacks which have put them at a 50% discount to rights issue.Recent director buying at current level,not massive,but gives a vote of confidence.

I am well and truly in these,believe me.I had researched the situation long before others,including searches at companies house,amongst other things.I have no doubt big things are set to happen,but unless you can substantiate your claims,your posts will be treated with derision.My advice is keep quiet...particularly if you are party to inside information.Sometimes posters on bulletin boards tread a fine line!

In my opinion, any offer would surely need to be well above the rights issue price of 5p- maybe even double figures!
