Tear Sheet has been updated today

New investor took 8.6%, try finding out anything about them ! Intelligent Building Systems Pty Ltd

And as we are in a closed period Evan took £125,000 of the placing shares and Desmonds £255,000 at 1.25p.

Just wait until the press hear about that..........!! ;-)

Wonder if its been updated as the news on the other 16%, or indeed another placing, is on the way?

The thought of a Tuesday RNS has also crossed my mind.

During the past 2/3 weeks there has been some decent buys, the announcement of the placing and a new broker appointment all of which has had a positive effect on the share price.

The share price has gone up from say .65p to a smidge over 1p during this period and the late reported 1,000,000 BUY does make you think that good news is imminent.

A very small balanced book, I think the length of time before the next update/news/funding is the key and I hope it's not months, build on momentum and consolidate around 1.1p for a big announcement on a major investment.

This is where I think Mark has played a blinder. In my view all the money that has been agreed to date will come in at 1.25. If that means the final investments are at a discount to the share price at the time there can be no complaints, even if that ends up being hugely discounted. Any subsequent investors may still get a discount on a placing but it would not be at 1.25 that's for sure. The investors coming on board now need to see CRV well over 1.25 for a return and yet you can still buy at a 26% discount to the placing price as our "500k" buyer has clearly noted.

Its a win/win for all who have invested already and those in the process of investing.

.94 to buy which is still a massive discount to the 1.25p paid by the recent $5m investor. The next tranche of money that arrives should see us settle comfortably above the 1p mark until the deals arrive then it could be anything
