That is the current portfolio and not including the "transformational deals" they claim to be working on. Huge apparently, I'm looking closer to 2-3p | karina
11/10/2015 11:35 | Today 10:19 Price: 0.55TullyCrow 860 postsRE: Rewards insightThe very long termers here have seen all these so called "games" from the market makers for quite a while. I understand that lots have left the building after basically being bored into submission, and I get that completely. Over the past few months or so as holders have left, big hitters such as Evan Kalimtgis and Sir Dave have snapped up the shares. Mr Kalimtgis wouldn't have had a hope in hell of accumulating 26.4% of CRV without (choosing my words carefully) help. He could have got the 26.4% I suppose, but not at the prices he bought at that's for sure. Any AIM player well knows that when companies just basically ignore shareholders or don't release news or updates the shares will drift..that is exactly what has happened with CRV apart from the drift bit. On weakness the shares have always been bought. A cynical person could say that this has been deliberate, I have no idea if that is the case. At the close on Friday, market makers were once again just offering 75k shares at 0.6p, but you could sell 1m at well above the bid price. We know they are working on transformational deals. From February interims: "During the period, the Company evaluated several potential investments and we continue to look at several transformational acquisitions". Looking and closing deals are of course entirely separate, but I find it very difficult to believe that Mr Kalimtgis in particular has invested well over £850k on a guess.. We have money in the bank with another 500k euro due in next month, results are also in November. It might be an interesting next few weeks..Off Topic Strong Buy | karina

This was primarily the result of a mark to market adjustment of our shareholding in Pressfit Holdings Plc. · The period was relatively quiet as management focused on improving operations at existing portfolio companies and evaluating larger transactions. | the stigologist
11/10/2015 10:17 | K I hope you don't mind but I've posted your post 1165 on the Top Traders BB, it is a great summary of the current state of play and may get a few newbies to do their own research. It may also bring a few traders along but they don't usually cause too much damage. DC | daicaprice
11/10/2015 10:06 | Good morning from a very happy and proud Welshman, I fancy we could have an interesting week if Zac has brought CRV to the attention of a few more investors, I'm working on a mate of mine who always enjoys a good solid punt medium term. DC | daicaprice

Karina your posts and research are always so informative however id say the fact that Evan Kalimtgis has accrued just short of 30% here is far more interesting than Sir Jones stake although that is certainly interesting for sure on its own. Rest assured the MMs will now try afew tricks of their trade to get some PIs to panic sell (although not sure this will work well as their only seems to be hardened wise PIs left here). Interesting times ahead- for me its the RTO that will be the reason these experienced investors above have thrown in so much of their cash here (and it looks like Sir Jones is still accumulating after joining the party late) but its just my humble opinion in all honesty no1 knows why but something is certainly going on. 11/10/2015 08:29 | The charts are all very well and things do look positive, higher lows/highs etc, I sincerely hope it brings CRV to the attention of new investors. Once people are aware, even a tiny handful, of CRV the basics are clear to see and this should fly- A due diligence fair value by Spark at 1.25p A city "name" coming from nowhere to take a MAJOR stake Sir David Jones increasing his holding to over 6% A share tightly held after the short termers were doured out by management, amost 70% of shares in issue accounted for on the tear sheet alone. Rumours of an RTO involving multi million pound businesses run by Mark Pajak, now potentially substantiated by the setting up of Craven Industrial Holdings Plc Assets valued at greater than the market cap Cash in the bank, minimal costs, another 500,000 Euros to come in the next 4 weeks and a CEO that takes his income in shares. No updates on investments that we know have grown since acquisition and potentially questionable write downs on others whilst major share holdings were acquired. I could go on and on..... and indeed talk myself in to buying more.....! | karina
10/10/2015 16:49 | Let's hope so DC. So under the radar this share and been done on purpose IMHO Let's hope we get some new money entering before hopefully getting some positive news. All is well, we know that and they will only work on transformational deals....... Well if one gets completed it will go crackers. Not many in free flow here. When this goes it goes very quickly. | rusty9717

09/10/2015 15:53 | Before I go I'm trying them for up to 200k @.6p, let's see how it goes. DC | daicaprice
09/10/2015 15:48 | Looks like this is the 18month resistance, will they find any sellers as they seem to have in the past or is this breakout time? Only time will tell but if it breaks out I'm taking all the credit lol. Have a good weekend all and if I post Sat night after a rugby win and a football draw take no notice and I will try and be sober by 8am Monday. Enjoy. DC | daicaprice

09/10/2015 10:59 | Seems like it was a buy of 500,000 by a poster on LSE: "Just bought 500k, was quite difficult to do. Seems I've caused quite a movement with it." | spazzz
09/10/2015 10:46 | Nice little flurry of buys there and a tick up. DC | daicaprice
08/10/2015 14:26 | Its a sell DC, they will takes lots, but then they have around 10m shares to find ! | karina |
