08/10/2015 14:03 | Is that 241k trade a buy or a sell if you say they are offering well over? DC | daicaprice
08/10/2015 13:49 | TullyCrow Posts: 856 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.48 CRVToday 12:07MMs playing their usual game of offering well over the bid for volume whilst stifling potential buyers by offering just 75k shares online at 0.5p. We all know they are well short of shares as they have not come anywhere close to filling recent buys. I dare say they will be hoping for a few sells to come to their rescue. Any further buyers appear and they are bang in trouble. | karina
08/10/2015 11:20 | TullyCrow Posts: 855 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.48 View Thread (5)RE: CRVToday 11:10Hi Richardo, Know exactly how you feel mate..It wouldn't be normal behaviour if at times utter frustration didn't take over. I have lost count of the number of times I have sold shares at a loss only to see them rebound as soon as I sell, we have all had that experience I would wager..There have been other times when selling was the correct call and they have continued to fall, and sometimes I have actually made a profit. As I have said far too many times, If CRV didn't have actual assets and cash in the bank which certainly dwarf our MC I would not be so heavily invested as I am, but the fact remains that we do have cast iron assets in the form of land, crops, and other assorted investments, so I do sleep soundly. The biggest problem that all shareholders have in CRV is the total lack of any kind of actual marketing of the company by the directors. Anyone can speak to Ms Eavis and she is very candid about what Craven are actually hoping to do, getting to speak to Mr Pajak on the other hand is virtually impossible, and it doesn't matter how many shares you own. I also take heart in the fact that the 3 biggest shareholders, Evan Kalimtgis, Desmonds & Sir Dave couldn't ever hope to get rid of the amount of shares they own unless they wanted to get slaughtered, so they are all in for the long term, they have all put fortunes in as have others on less of an industrial scale, but in our own way. These MMs will drive you mad at times with their games, I just tend to ignore it all, as we have all seen it before many times. | karina
08/10/2015 09:55 | Once updated, the tear sheet should account for 69.03% of the shares in CRV (Emvest M hold 2.4% that do not show) Once you add on "our" holdings and those that wouldn't dream of being on a BB, that doesn't leave many..... | karina
08/10/2015 08:05 | Morning DC Yes 3% is just over 24m so 5m is a decent lump, especially at the price paid So our RNS showed for an evening, large trades declared very late and gone by the morning, welcome to the world of CRV DC !! | karina
07/10/2015 16:44 | You called that spot on K, so I take it 25m is roughly 3% therefore the other 5m is still a significant addition if it's to a current holder, even better if they were for his aud trout. DC | daicaprice
07/10/2015 16:34 | So by my maths, one of the 5m purchases was yesterday was not his, further good news | karina
07/10/2015 16:30 | RNS Sir David up to 6.23% 50.2m shares | karina
07/10/2015 16:26 | Jeepers it isn't this guy is it ? The former executive chairman of JJB Sports forged a bank statement to hide a loan of £1.5m, a jury has heard. Retail mogul Sir David Jones, 71, from Ilkley, West Yorkshire, is on trial for making false market statements and using a false instrument. Leeds Crown Court heard he took the loan, from Dave Whelan, when he was in debt "possibly due to gambling". The jury heard he had previously borrowed £1.5m from Mike Ashley, owner of Sports Direct and Newcastle United. Prosecutor Miranda Moore QC said Sir David lied about both loans to the board of JJB Sports and, as a result, the company put out misleading statements at a time when they were trying to raise £100m on the financial markets. | the stigologist

07/10/2015 09:27 | TullyCrow Posts: 852 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.48 CRVToday 09:235m bought at 0.5375, 5.1m bought at 0.5p, and the brakes are firmly on..just the usual 100k available online. If this had been a high profile AIM share people would be steaming in this morning, just goes to show how under the radar we actually are. But someone or two loves us obviously.. | karina
07/10/2015 08:26 | I was forgetting that Spark did not feel the need to update the tear sheet after Sir David breached 5% on the 18th June. The tear sheet was last updated 7th May.. Therefore if it is Sir David has added I believe it has to be disclosed if he breaches 6%, which 10m will have done...... | karina
07/10/2015 08:16 | Very strange, also showing yesterday's trades again as they did with mine. DC | daicaprice
07/10/2015 08:15 | Morning all and welcome DC. Nice to have another sensible familiar face and poster on this busy ole board! Karina was starting think he was permanently talking to himself in here!!! | rusty9717
07/10/2015 08:14 | 100k at 5 now..... and a buy from yesterday put through to clear the 5.1m..... | karina
07/10/2015 08:02 | How odd You can still buy 750k at 0.5 when someone has spent £27k at 5375.... | karina
07/10/2015 07:56 | Could be an interesting day! | spazzz
07/10/2015 07:48 | It looks like that DC, or is it some form of very expensive roll over!? Lets see what the opening limits are, may tell us more | karina
07/10/2015 07:39 | That looks like another 5m @ .5375p anyone agree? DC | daicaprice
06/10/2015 19:48 | I would say it's a PI DC. I don't think either Evan or MP would be allowed to buy currently. My best guess would be Sir David (Ferlim Nominees), whether it is him and if it takes him over 5% remains to be seenSeems you have timed it well ! | karina
06/10/2015 19:04 | Looks like I did time it quite nicely, would those 5m have come from one of the Co's invested in or do you think a PI? I've read loads and seen in the past some of the invested in do unload now and again for some working cap, educate the newby if anyone has the time please. DC | daicaprice
06/10/2015 18:48 | Steve1848 159 posts5.1m delayed buyThat explains the rise then! Wonder if we will get a holdings RNS. | karina
06/10/2015 15:46 | I assume we are going to see a couple of delayed buys because my rehashed buy from yesterday certainly hasn't had that effect. DC | daicaprice |
