The final dividend for the 52 weeks ended 27th March 2021, which is payable on 3rd September 2021, has been proposed at 51.3p per share, the price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative has been set at 4026.8p. This is the average of the Company's middle market closing price for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex--dividend date of 22nd July 2021.
