ComProp Limited ("the Company")

The Company announced today that it has allotted 163,000 ordinary shares to
staff under its share option scheme.  Application has been made for the shares
to be admitted for trading on AIM from 6th October 2000.

159,500 shares were allotted at 115.5p and 3,500 shares were allotted at 105p.

Included in the above figures are the following directors dealings:

John Henwood was issued with 55,500 shares at 115.5p taking his holding to
195,556 shares representing 1.4% of the issued share capital.
