Disgraced Compulsive Liar 12bn - with > 40.000 posts over 10 years I’d suggest that the characterisation 'Mr Obsessive’ is probably one of the kindest things anyone has said to you in the last seven decades!

It will be clear to anyone reading your post history that any positivity in the share price appears to trigger a near apoplectic response- if it’s all an act just say so - not all readers here are as adept as me at spotting compulsive lying haha!

BigSi2- if 12bn is correct regarding your share trading were you influenced by his urge that readers should sell at 0.065p and will he be compensating you for the rocketing rise of > 100% in the share price since his advice?

Do you think another litter of kittens is being gestated by 12bn over the apparent unexercised 250 million warrants @0.10p - the troll normally argues that anyone with opportunities to sell CEG at a profit should do so at the earliest opportunity- why are these warrants outstanding- do they think there’s more profit to be had by waiting?

BigSi2,why would I be having kittens because of a tick up? I have no intention of buying this at any price. You on the other hand bought this at 0.19p having sold at 0.6p ish and you know that CEG are likely to do a fund raise soon to raise cash. The rest of the longs here may be too stupid to work this out but you are not,you are the one who is worried,I merely point out what we both know is correct. You would be agreeing with me if you hadn't committed yourself here and self-interest motivates your new blindness.///////BigSi215 Mar '24 - 15:42 - 20820 of 20825

OFF-AREA 3 (CEG) abuts - on 2 sides - the SHELL occupied areas, currently being worked.

My money is on an enlargement of the SHELL development in Uraquay; they're virtually on-site already!

OFF-AREA 3. Neighbour Shell - in pole position? Already, Shell occupy the areas on two side of 3 (CEG/CHEVRON).

Disgraced Compulsive Liar 12bn - I know you’ll like this one - I’ve cut n pasted the part of the short term Cory Moruga bridging loan RNS relating to the warrants - I wouldn’t be surprised if the warrant holders cash in on the 250 million share option shortly - providing a useful amount of extra cash for CEG - a TVR RNS will obviously follow conversion.

· The Company will issue warrants to the provider of the Bridge Loan, valid for 36 months, which will entitle the holder of the warrants to subscribe for 250 million ordinary shares in the Company, at an exercise of 0.1p per share, being a premium of approximately 100% to the current share price.

-- Excluding Trinidad, the Company's net cash spend during 1H 2023 was approximately $2.3 million. Of this, approximately $1.2 million was in relation to the Company's AREA OFF-1 licence in Uruguay ($0.5 million retained as restricted cash collateral for the work program performance bond, and the balance of $0.7 million spent on accelerated and expanded technical work program as described earlier in this report). The remainder $1.1 million largely reflects the Company's corporate overheads and miscellaneous expenses, reflecting a corporate overhead run rate ranging between $175,000 and $200,000 per month.

Cash Position & Funding

Disgraced Compulsive Liar 12bn I think you’ve lost the plot by posting about H1 2023 accounts ( or is it pure desperation! ) - you posted up the transformational RNS 06/03/2024 which even you flagged as ‘ good news ‘- did it escape your attention CEG will soon be getting $12.5 million from Chevron!

Yes it may take a while and CEG almost certainly need cash now - I speculate CEO is probably in touch with the same lender that recently gave CEG a short term loan on the strength of the Cory Moruga sale, surely you remember that 12bn!

BTW have you thought about changing your moniker from 12bn to $12.5m to help you remember what’s going on!

Seeing a 2.5m volume on the table from SCAP at 0.145p says to me this is a firm bottom now and after the news yesterday I suspect this will just be going one way as more and more become interested.

VERY STRONG BUY!!!!

12bn has been exposed and disgraced as a compulsive liar countless times over his 40000 posts. He is an avid contributor towards the bear market, and is known as the idiot of the board. Or 'The village idiot'.

Disgraced Compulsive Liar 12bn - do you see this share you now remarkably suggest ‘ could be a winner ’ hitting 0.065p anytime soon haha?

Your suggestion is so much more remarkable because of the time taken to reach this epiphany - let’s not forget when OFF -1 licence was granted you shouted from the rooftops that there was pretty much no potential here because BP were interested but withdrew in 2016 ( it was beyond your comprehension that things changed when the Conjugate Orange Basin association was revealed- indeed BP scrambled to get back in but were unsuccessful! ).

You then used to slag off the company for not having money to drill even though CEG told us, at the outset, they would not be drilling - indeed Uruguay Government had told CEG only Majors would be permitted to drill!

You then told us CEG were highly unlikely to get a partner because of their financial position!

I don’t think there’s enough crow in this world available for your consumption to assuage the reckless opinionated drivel you’ve served up here, not to mention historic blatant lying and misleading, latest example of which was only days ago where you claimed the $12.5 million Chevron cash was ' earmarked ’ for Uruguay, implying it couldn’t be used for general company development when no such statement had been made ( old habits eh 12bn - no bad news just make some up! ).

On a more serious note if you’re now losing interest in trolling this share a miniscule part of me will miss our stand up routine on here where you serve up drivel as the fall guy and I knock the balls out of the stadium with my responses but it has kept me amused for many years 12bn!

The 3D seismics could be many months away and drill could be next year IF the seismics are promising. Many drills are dusters but this could be a winner but it could be 2025 before holders know and long before then a much lower buying in price is likely imo.//////· Completion and financial close of the Transaction will be subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent and customary third-party approvals from the Uruguayan regulatory authorities, which are anticipated to take several months to finalise - the parties have commenced engagement with the regulators.
