Allianz SE is the biggest shareholder with a 23% stake and only last wk bought 26 million shares at 3.41p. IMO They'll make sure any takeover covers the prices they've paid for stock in which most cases have been at the 5-8 pence levels.

The above was two weeks ago at 3.53p....I would have thought these are a Strong BUY now at current levels. Merger via a takeover seems most likely outcome.

02.11.07 :+0, (3.53) Seymour Pierce has upgraded its recommendation on Corporate Services Group PLC to 'outperform' from 'hold' this morning on valuation grounds, analysts said. In a note this morning, Seymour Pierce said it believes the US general and specialist staffing business is holding up much better than its peers, many of whom are reporting double digit declines in net fee income. The broker noted that the shares are currently the worst performing in the staffing sector on a 1-month and 3-month view due to the recent announcement of accounting irregularities at Comensura, the vendor procurement business, and the subsequent postponement of its IPO. It believes that CSG still has to address its debt problem and without the IPO of Comensura, this will involve either the sale of another division, or a merger with another staffing company - either way the broker expects the company to announce a restructuring in the near future.

The filtered idiot continues his stalking and the worse thing is that he/she thinks whatever they write has some kind of affect. Saddo spends day and day like that stalking several people.

IMO price has bottomed out today with the heaving buying has started. Only last week Allianz SE had increased their stake to 23% by buying 26 million shares at 3.41p. They have been increasing their stake throughout the year albeit at a more rapid pace over the last couple of months. A takeover by them can't be ruled out?

Some chunky buys today:

500K at 2.39p
500K at 2.39p - this buy trade went through on PLUS
500K at 2.55p
250K at 2.50p

I doubt the above were retail investors taking a punt. Others like the 100K and 200K buys are likely to be them.

Yes Knowing..."now unlikely in the short term". Which I take to mean they'll be looking to take other measures in order to reduce debt. Net tangible assets are still about £23m negative.

I don't have a position at the moment - just an innocent bystander!

Oh dear, chancer is trying to pump and dump this now.

Firstly he lies about trade data, those are AT sales this morning
at 2.48p.

Secondly this company is still worth 25 million, it has far too much
debt and can barely make a profit.

Almost every other stock out there represents better value.
