Well on the basis of the statement there is no fundraise and nothing untoward..which leaves the distressed or motivated seller angle or just that an irrational panic set in.I did pick up a few before the close and might be tempted by a few more if they are sub 6p..but likely will have a bounce on the statement.

Halved in two weeks after a well received upbeat rns and in an improving sector , the company and advisors say nothing despite the collapse. Not at all tempting until some clarity over what is going on..the volume and price movement shout serious insider selling. Could be just distressed liquidation selling but unfortunately appears more than that.
Time the company came clean and if they are aware of there being a false market down to leaks in price sensitive information they should report the activity to the FCA.

"Question, why did they start dewatering ahead of PEA. Assuming a lot that it will be economical?"
If you ask that Lewis, then you could ask whay they bought the mine in the first place?

There was a spike and a slight retreat in tin price but it is still holding higher than the last company comment a couple of weeks ago..so doubtful anything to see there.https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/tin

They do need to raise, $177m to be precise (direct funds and debt) as per their own statements, but that has ALWAYS been known (exact amount aside).
As Kooba says, there appears to be something else bigger going on here aside for investors jockying an entry point.

Sam..They had $55m end Jan 23. So got through over $30m in 11 months..hopefully not repeated current year but that cash figure will already be well down on year end and they do get through some serious cash considering it is still some way off any idea of production. There has been no notice of a disclosable seller what makes you think it is one ...looking like distressed seller and not something more fundamental in the business?
