Dorian as you say Equals Group are on a PE of 20 x for 2024 a similar rating for CSFS would equate a share price of £1.

Two more buys both done at 32p reported after the close , bodes well Monday's opening.

The 200,000 delayed trade done at 28.25p reported after close most likely from Wednesday pm when the share price was 27p v 28p.

If they achieve £3.5m in Q1 then I think the share price could go higher than 40p.


As you say, £3.5m in Q1 could potentially mean £16m-£17m revenue for the year, as revenues grow throughout the year. In 2023 H2 revenue was 66% higher than H1, and in 2022 H2 revenue was 54% higher than H1.


There is also the Canadian Licence kicking in and the card scheme expected to launch in Q3.


If they hit £16m-17m revenue, it would mean they hit the Shore Capital 2026 forecast of £16.5m two years early. Shore Capital forecast eps of 4.8p based on £16.5m revenue.


So that should mean around 5p eps for 2024.


Equals Group are currently on a 20x PE ratio for 2024 (and that figure will increase if there is a bid at a premium).

I feel that Q1 will be very strong compared to last year ( 2023: Q1 £1.95m ) , i'm expecting it to be in excess of £3m which will be more than 50% up on last year.

If Q1 revenue comes in at around £3.5m , because H2 is normally much more stronger especially Q4 then i expect full year revenue to be around £16m to £17m.

That in comparison to the current broker's figure of £11.3m , i expect there will be some significant upgrades again for 2024 like we had last year.

The shares are definitely worth buying and holding before the Q1 update next month.

On really strong Q1 numbers i feel share price will exceed 40p.

Totally agree Zico .Probably one or two taking some big profits and then we will rerate.I took some of the table a while back but am trying not to sell any more until a lot higher .

Indeed nico , the rerating will continue will continue throughout the year.

A reminder to any newbies that upgraded broker forecasts for 2024 and 2025 are:

2024 £11.3m
2025 £13.9m

These will both be beaten significantly , i'm expecting 2024 revenue to be £15m at least 50% higher than last year and that's very conservative.

For 2025 i'm expecting revenue to be well over £20m.

That's why these shares are still seriously undervalued.

First large trade of 30,000 is a BUY just after the opening at full offer of 29p , taking the volume after 1 hour to 120,000.

ebandb , you're spot on regarding the large trades.

The 50,000 @ 28.4275p at 10.21 is a BUY share price at the time was 27p v 29p
The 25,000 @ 27.6875p at 08.31 is a BUY share price at the time was 27p v 28p

The 44,327 was a sell just after the opening which i have already mentioned.

We had 441,000 buys and just 45,000 sells

I could well be wrong (as they say) but my hunch is that possibly all three or at least two of the large 'sell' orders today were actually 'buy' orders but recorded as 'sells' because they were posted late.

Apologies for off topic.

Nico , according to noises coming from the company PIP is now trading far stronger than 2021/22.

Confirmation from the company next week and the share price could really take off like it did 2022.
