At the beginning of 2023 house broker was forecasting revenue for 2024 to be £7.6m , the company had such a strong 2023 the broker has continuously raised the forecasts throughout 2023 and is now expecting revenue for the current year to be £11.3m.

The strong trading momentum from last years Q4 is continuing in the current and this forecast will easily be exceeded.I'm expecting more upgrades throughout the year starting after the Q1 trading update next month.

My revenue target at the moment for 2024 is £15m , which is very conservative.

Broker forecasts prior to 2023 trading update:

2022: £4.3m
2023: £5.7m
2024: £7.6m
2025: £10.3m

House broker has raised 2024 and 2025 forecasts to £11.3m and £13.9m but these will be upgraded yet again after the Q1 trading update next month.

The share price has increased many fold over the last year due to business out performing market expectations.

The £11.3m forecast for this will get beaten hands down , i expect a minimum of 50% growth this again for the revenue to increase to £15m and next year to be more than £20m

The strong growth experienced by the company in 2023 is likely to increase even further in 2024 and 2025

The actions taken by the management ever since the new CEO , James Hickman was appointed in 2022 which led to them increasing and enhancing the sales team.This has had a very positive effect on the business , significantly increasing number of customers and average transaction value.

On 24/10/2023 the company issued full year guidance of at least £8m , they had such a strong final quarter and the company exceeded their guidance yet again.

The granting of the Canadian license in February is likely to fuel the growth even further in 2024.

The company also awaits for approvals in UAE this year and Hong Kong in 2025.

House broker is forecasting 2024 revenue of only £11.3m and 2025 revenue of £13.9m , the company is likely to smash these very conservative forecasts.

The company is growing very strongly and will increase it's revenue by at least 50% this year to £14.4m and even that may be conservative.

My new targets for the share price:

By July 2024 ......50p to 60p
By December 2024 ..in excess of 80p

Robert O’Brien submitted snd signed accounts for Eco Global Markets Ltd to 31/3/12 showing net assets of £54,704



On 24/1/13 the government closed down Eco Global Markets Ltd


It turned out that untold millions had been scammed from UK pensioners and Robert O’Brien fled to Dubai.
In the end it turned out that Robert had paid £8m to himself and other insiders and not even paid any tax on it.
