05/12/2023 13:10 | Trading appears to have dried up post 11.00am. Also that late reported trade of 81,000 looks to be a 'buy' rather than the 'sell' as per the table! | eggbaconandbubble
05/12/2023 11:26 | Cash flows are amazing. High growth company trading at just 5 times cashflow. Bonkers. Unique opportunity. | dupont56
05/12/2023 08:42 | Good point Mcfly, the net cash position should keep increasing nicely as it's EBITDA moves on, IMO making the EV/EBITDA ratio even more compelling....still looks a "steal" under 25p....DYOR | qs99
05/12/2023 08:22 | Good rise yesterday but still nowhere near where the share price deserves to be.The company is generating a lot of cash.Cash at 30 June 2023 was £0.8m and is now forecast to be £1.7m at the end of 2023. That's £0.9m of cash generation in 6 months. And that's all trading cash generation. None of the disposal proceeds from subsidiaries falls in H2.Against a £9m market cap. That would be extremely cheap even for a company that wasn't growing. Yet the company is growing revenue at 100% a year on average over the last two years. | mcfly79
05/12/2023 07:22 | Suspect we will continue up past the recent highs. The 1 year chart looks great. A series of higher lows. The last one was followed by a 100% rise from 9p to 18p. The same again would take the price to 23p. | dupont56
05/12/2023 07:19 | Huge volume yesterday with the share price rise. 2.7m shares traded, nearly 5% of the company. The highest in over a year. Just what was needed to allow any sellers out. Handbrake should be off now. | dupont56
05/12/2023 06:47 | Correct. The signals had been mixed to say the least - CEO share purchases but persistent selling from other parties. And high flying Other Financial companies have a nasty habit of being undone by the demands on cash flow and the balance sheet. So far, so good for the believers, with the hope that further good news developments are only a matter of weeks away. | eigthwonder
05/12/2023 05:45 | Z1co, you are on a winner, calm down chap. PW White is wrong 90% of the time, but right 10%. You recently slated "The Skipper" for bailing QED, why? He took profits, fair dues. Maybe your problem is the ability to sell? Dotcom days are over, the rainbow has been and gone. Learn to strike! PS: Shorts QED now allowed. | dudishes

04/12/2023 16:02 | Put 2 years out EBITDA on a decent rating, add in cash generated.....50p TP looks v. doable in 12 months or so....DYOR and am in for the ride....great update. | qs99
04/12/2023 14:40 | Nibbled a few more, in at just a smidgeon over 15p now. It is a tiddler, far more speculative than the established players, but they seem to be on a tear so I have some FOMO here. Not going to be a hero and go gung ho, but I want to see if these upgrades continue, and how big this might get. The other thing that has influenced the decision are today's exchanges. Someone is definitely in the background here stake building. Looking at a few of the sells: 60,000 @ 14.41p 97,231 @ 14.05p 50,000 @ 14.21p Even two of those could have sent the market makers scampering down the bid and offer in recent weeks (yep, I watch like a loon), but someone is gobbling them up - the price is firm. It isn't batting an eye lid at the sells. The price is bang at the intraday highs. The offer is 15.5p with the ask in the market at the full offer too so it looks like this will pop higher through the afternoon. The real test then is a breakout at those key price points at 16p and 18p. Hard to not trade but just hanging on now. If the market keeps buying like this, then it has a chance of breaking higher. We're already at 1.95m exchanged without delayed prints. So let's see if it can push on and what that update in January will bring. All imo DYOR | sphere25
04/12/2023 13:16 | 2023 Forecast Revenues £9.2m CSFS current market capitalisation of £8.47m, with approximately 57.42m shares in issue. Looks pretty compelling to me | intoodeep
04/12/2023 13:13 | Another smashing (unsch.) trading update: Since the last update on 24 Oct, revenue has continued to accelerate. The outlook is confident, and the company now anticipates revenue and adjusted EBITDA to be materially ahead of prevailing market expectations. CSFS reports a continuation of “excellent trading momentum” as numbers of active customers and average transaction values have risen. This has been enabled by expansion of the sales team and customer offering, as the range of currencies and countries where CSFS can facilitate transactions has continued to broaden. | intoodeep
04/12/2023 13:11 | Valuation: Even on FY23F metrics, which is nearly complete, CSFS’s valuation looks compelling. Thereafter, FY24F P/E is at 7.7x and FCF yield c.15%, FY25F at 3.7x and c.33% respectively. CSFS is clearly executing its growth plan. We continue to set prudent forecasts, anticipating momentum to remain positive. Our unchanged 50p fair value suggests material upside (>4-bagger!). At the very least, today’s trading update should arrest CSFS’s recent share price weakness. | intoodeep
04/12/2023 13:03 | Can you clarify if that's the share price or the market cap? | pwhite73
04/12/2023 12:58 | Shore Capital have reiterated their 50p target. | dupont56
04/12/2023 12:51 | dlewis He's a nasty troll and a sore loser! He was bashing these shares more than a year ago at around 6p | z1co
04/12/2023 12:49 | Thanks hazl | z1co
04/12/2023 12:34 | And I'm guessing that you're not invested here. The big question is why are you commenting or even on this board? | dlewis1
04/12/2023 12:30 | fft - "Pwhite, don't you have access to the shore notes ?" No I don't have access to Shore notes and if they are the company's broker they are totally meaningless. Let me tell you want's going on. They are ramping the stock because the company is based in the UAE. When the UK government formerly rejects the state owned UAE's takeover approach for the Daily Telegraph there will be retaliatory consequences for British companies based and trading out of the UAE. You don't want to be holding stock in any UAE based UK company when this happens. "Government intervenes in Abu Dhabi's bid to buy Telegraph" | pwhite73
04/12/2023 12:22 | Video out Sounds like big plans for next year. Going to give details in January update. | dupont56
04/12/2023 12:03 | Very well done Zico! | hazl |
