Debt Facility from Related Party

Ashley House plc ("Ashley House" or the "Company"), the health and community care property partner, is pleased to advise that it has today signed a new loan facility (the "Facility") of GBP500,000.

The Facility is being provided to the Company by Non-executive Deputy Chairman Stephen Minion, is available for an initial 12 month period and is secured against individual assets of the Company and those of its subsidiaries.

Accordingly, the Facility is a Related Party Transaction pursuant to AIM Rule 13. Ashley House confirms that its directors, acting without Stephen Minion's participation and having consulted with the Company's Nominated Adviser, consider that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable in so far as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

Hi andrbea - is there any particular reason for the recent pull-back from abt 15p - it wasn't at all good for the nerves, as I'm hold plenty of KENV - still do!

Technical analyst Zak Mir is tipping the Innovaderma PLC (LON:IDP) share price to build on this morning’s sharp rise and hit 250p before June.

“[We’ve had] one of the better technical triggers here with a gap through the 50-day moving average today at 134p which has been resistance for the last couple of months,” explains Mir in the latest Proactive Investors Bulletin Board.

“While we hold above that level, we’re looking for a retest of the best levels of the year at 250p plus over the next four to six weeks.”

You're welcome Maytrees. FDBK is more of a long term multi-bagger share than a trade but I reckon you could see around 6.5p in the shorter term (couple of months) once CE Mark is announced.
