Supergroup (BUY) – Peak Performance
SGP LN (1572p, TP 1920p), Market Cap: £1278.7m

SuperGroup delivered a solid set of H1 results and the Q3 LFL growth of 15% confirmed a strong performance over peak. We upgraded our FY’17 PBT by 3% to £86.5m on the day of the results and today publish our new forecasts in full detail. We reiterate our BUY recommendation with a TP of 1920p (21x cal’17 PER) and continue to believe in the global growth potential of the brand. Execution of the strategy remains key but with an experienced management team and well invested infrastructure SuperGroup is well placed to capture its full growth potential.

Simon_Said , what do you need clarified , the PFS clearly states we are targeting production of 20,800 tones of lithium at a profit of $135 million a year , by the time we actually get to production I would anticipate we would double that production figure due to the huge demand there will be for Lithium , and on top of that I personally believe Lithium will be closer to $20,000 per tonne so if you double double we will be making aprox $540 million a year profit . What is there not to like . for simplicity post production issued shares of 270 million our profit will be in the order of $2.00 a share Aud ie 1 pound 17 , give it a PE of 10 and we will be a $20.00 share . The story has not changed post PFS and am bemused why people think it has . And we are only 2 years away , tell me another stock that has the same potential ?? A new take off agreement today in Australia has the lithium price already at between $12,500 and $15,000 a tonne

Runthe,

Well when we were at 0.24p we almost hit 0.38p on the day of the announcement that they'd completed a placing at 0.3p. But who knows, lots of traders and small % profit takers around these days. They're now being replaced this morning by bargain hunters that read today's release and looked at the market cap here. The Chinese know they're getting an absolute bargain at 0.38p, that's before they had the high grade intersects at the two new discoveries too. The Chinese are shrewd, if they know its cheap at 0.3 and 0.38p then we know its really cheap. Lithium demand will overtake supply, now talk about electric car lanes in London too. 5-10 years from now electric cars are gonna be everywhere.

Regards,
Ed.

Two new discoveries and lots more high grades. Progress being made with the Chinese too. That's the kind of RNS us folks at KOD like to see. And if that wasn't good enough the assays are still to come from the main discovery and they're expanding the drilling programme so lots more news to come too. I like the part about rapidly advancing the programme if they get that Chinese money.

Regards,
Ed.

Bernard Aylward, CEO of Kodal Minerals, said: "These initial drilling results from the Boumou and Sogola-Baoule prospects are very exciting as they demonstrate the potential to define additional zones of high grade mineralisation which will complement the excellent grades and width of mineralisation previously intersected at the Ngoualana prospect. We are now starting to identify the key areas for follow-up and definition drilling that will underpin the future development of the Bougouni Lithium project. We are expecting to continue drilling for an extended period.

"Meanwhile, the current phase of drilling at the Ngouanala prospect is nearing completion with significant strike extensions confirmed and depth potential highlighted. Samples have been dispatched to the laboratory at regular intervals. As previously stated, the drilling at Ngouanala was planned to provide sufficient data to confirm mineralisation and define strike and depth extensions as well as highlight areas of high-grade mineralisation for future drill definition.

"Finally, we are progressing the investment agreement with our new strategic investor and off-take partner, Suay Chin, which could result in Suay Chin increasing its holding in the Company to 20%. The completion of the second stage placement will provide the Company with sufficient finance to expand the exploration and definition work at Bougouni and rapidly advance the Project."
