Keras Managing Director Dave Reeves said, "The creation of a standalone ASX listed company housing the Company's gold assets is a natural evolution for Keras. The Transaction has been catalysed both by Australian market demand, and by the Board's intention to provide the projects with adequate funds to realise their full potential."

"Through the creation of Calidus Resources Limited, I am delighted to provide Australian investors with direct exposure to our exciting portfolio of gold projects in Australia - something that is clearly understood and appreciated following the recent oversubscribed placing by Pharmanet announced earlier this month. Investors in Keras will also retain significant exposure to the upside of these assets through our major interest in Calidus, whilst simultaneously retaining optionality over the Company's additional interests; namely our manganese, nickel and cobalt interests in West Africa."

Final Results

"The year has been one of transition which began with discussions with a number of potential acquisition targets which eventually led to identifying Stone Checker Software Limited ("Stone Checker") as the most suitable. During the second half of 2016 Company's advisers undertook legal and financial due diligence on Stone Checker and worked to complete the acquisition and readmission of the Company to the Standard List, including the preparation of the related prospectus. My expectation is that the associated placing and readmission will be completed in the near future."

Looking good. Our 30% interest in IGS is worth more than our market cap by multiples plus all the news were going to get over the coming weeks months

4sta,

Good job that it isn't though, nice and quiet for another few months will do very nicely. You wouldn't have been able to get them at this price had Nayega licence arrived. If it stays under the radar until Calidus get their first round of assays from the 12000m programme I'll be happy chappy with a few more million in the kitty.

Regards,
Ed.

170,000 ounces or gold recorded from 196,500 tonnes of ore. Amazing. If this was one of the "in" shares it'd be up by 50% already. Certainly seems that we have a good licence area.

SSY market sleeping

Following an intense procurement process, SCISYS is one of only seven organisations to win a place on the framework. SPF expect to have a pipeline of GBP30m from the MPS and can be used by other UK police forces, parts of the Greater London Authority, and by partner organisations such as Transport for London. It is expected that up to 16 projects will be active at any given time and that up to 10 projects will be commissioned annually. The total value of the framework over its four year duration, including all potential participants, is estimated at between GBP250m and GBP350m.
