11/8/2020 09:55 | It amazes me that city Spivs think companies arnt allowed to borrow or raise capital to stimulate growth and shareholder value.Given the recent fund raises the company is in a strong position to near to medium term financial commitments.. | bambos22
11/8/2020 09:47 | Near terms revenues expected from UK battery energy intetests.. Any good business will seek loans to grow organically... beware the short positions | bambos22
11/8/2020 09:41 | "Cornerstone investor". Make yourself aware what cornerstone investor means for Parsons. Look at Sound Energy Echo Energy and Coro Energy and you will see three companies that are choking on " Cornerstone investor" debt. Typically a €20,000,000 loan at 8-10% and 80% coupon and 7.5%-10% fees. Means the company might receive €14,500,000 and pays €1,600,0000 interest a year on a €20,000,000 loan. And you probably get Marco Fumagalli on the BOD. This is C4 Energy after all. And all the associated warrants. And Parsons pays himself well. Marco will see to that. You might not realise that this is the death knell for small investors. Be careful. | helpfull
11/8/2020 09:35 | Volume is going to step up over the next few sessions... | bambos22
11/8/2020 09:18 | Trades are being placed on NEX Someone just bought £7.5k worth over there, it been like this a while now, almost like someone does not want you to see these larger trades, can't think why ! 9.06 Buy 734,458 Price 1.0375 | the_debt_collector
11/8/2020 08:59 | ... Zero trades ... lol | leewink1
11/8/2020 08:10 | Interesting presentation, grid connection at the Burwell plant imminent and hints that any new funding, when required, may come via other routes, i.e. 'cornerstone investors' Very interesting, good luck trying to buy in, the market is very tight right now. Still sub £2m m/cap. | the_debt_collector
11/8/2020 05:56 | They have produced a new presentation.. I am not surprised folk are buying in, it is evident a great deal of news is about to drop. This is due a re-rate and it could be a material one. | aussiebeach
10/8/2020 17:17 | Great news today.. Excellent rise and just the beginning of a really exciting period for the company.Kemche et Al are running scared.. | bambos22
10/8/2020 17:13 | sound energy echo energy coro energy Curzon What is the connection between all these highly successful companies??? Anyone know??? Is there a history of success??? What can we possibly expect here???? Southport a precursor of the great things to come??? Where the bamba has ALL the money gone?????? As with ALL the companies listed above. FCA!!!! | kemche
10/8/2020 17:07 | Somewhat desperate from the city Spivs...some alarming price action that's got them worried.Strong buy..13% up | bambos22
10/8/2020 16:59 | He has already stepped into the frame, and no doubt the trough too! Where the bamba has ALL the money gone?????? FCA!!!! | kemche
10/8/2020 16:45 | Some good buys along the way.. August and September are likely to be strong months with newsflow...Parsons since joining as chairman has not been too vocal but I'm a recent Q&A made it clear he would be stepping into the frame very soon | bambos22
10/8/2020 16:37 | I like the synergies between WOWO and Southport. Woe! Where the bamba has ALL the money gone??? FCA!!!! | kemche
10/8/2020 16:30 | Great day today... ignore the noise from the city Spivs | bambos22
10/8/2020 16:29 | Is that significant investor selling his 1,000,000 shares today? Oh yes he is. Expect more. Mug punters are ripe for the taking. I suspect he hasn't heard of nickel and vanadium in batteries or of revenues from Southport. Or perhaps he has. No nickel or vanadium produced for twenty years. No mention of Southport anymore. Be careful. Don't be left holding. | helpfull
10/8/2020 15:53 | News on UK battery storage Division should be imminent.. This is the side of the business that I anticipate will bring in near term revenues... | bambos22
10/8/2020 15:49 | Yes. definate synergy between WoWo gap and Mambare | bambos22
10/8/2020 15:34 | RMI shares rocketed overnight on the ASX - up 28%, something is clearly going on at the Wo Wo Gap Nickel project RMI shares now trade at 18c verses 5c at the time Corcel bought the 1st tranche of their debt. Makes Corcel (CRCL) even more interesting don't you think, Nickel consolidation in PNG. Background action ! | the_debt_collector
10/8/2020 14:44 | 14% up... Poor city spivs | bambos22
10/8/2020 14:31 | Beavum boys are surely running a short book hoping they can close via a placing BUT they forget that Corcel now has a deep pocketed strategic investor onboard with a history of financially supporting their investments. Oh dear - how will they close their short book? | the_debt_collector
10/8/2020 13:49 | A coiled spring? Is that a 3-C tight squeeze. The company value hasn't moved since December 2019 when the share price was 3-4p. The shares in issue have increased from 87 million to 190 million since then. Add the fact that the "flagship" Mambare has dropped from 50% ownership to 41% and the company value has remained static. It is worrying that the fresh batch of mug punters to the slaughter cannot see that continual cash raises are going to ensure the value of their holdings. Be careful. What are the pencilled in Southport revenues? Zero. How much nickel has the company produced in the last twenty years? Zero. How much is Parsons paying himself? Oodles. The next cash raise is being signalled. | helpfull
10/8/2020 12:34 | Recent placing was at a premium and a gaggle of warrants priced at 1.6p, a 68% premium to the then market price. Hard to believe the market cap here is only £1.95m based on 1p a share. Coiled spring comes to mind, could easily be trading at 3p or 4p given the exciting sector they are in. #nickel #batterymetals | space_dust
10/8/2020 12:25 | For info, largish premium being asked for just £5k of stock. Looks like it is about to move, chart forming a uptrend pattern also. Usually insiders have some clue as to what is happening, filters back to market participants hence hard to buy in size. | broken_arrow1 |
