It amazes me that city Spivs think companies arnt allowed to borrow or raise capital to stimulate growth and shareholder value.Given the recent fund raises the company is in a strong position to near to medium term financial commitments..

"Cornerstone investor". Make yourself aware what cornerstone investor means for Parsons. Look at Sound Energy Echo Energy and Coro Energy and you will see three companies that are choking on " Cornerstone investor" debt. Typically a €20,000,000 loan at 8-10% and 80% coupon and 7.5%-10% fees. Means the company might receive €14,500,000 and pays €1,600,0000 interest a year on a €20,000,000 loan. And you probably get Marco Fumagalli on the BOD. This is C4 Energy after all. And all the associated warrants. And Parsons pays himself well. Marco will see to that. You might not realise that this is the death knell for small investors. Be careful.

Interesting presentation, grid connection at the Burwell plant imminent and hints that any new funding, when required, may come via other routes, i.e. 'cornerstone investors'

Very interesting, good luck trying to buy in, the market is very tight right now.

Still sub £2m m/cap.

They have produced a new presentation..

I am not surprised folk are buying in, it is evident a great deal of news is about to drop.

This is due a re-rate and it could be a material one.

Some good buys along the way.. August and September are likely to be strong months with newsflow...Parsons since joining as chairman has not been too vocal but I'm a recent Q&A made it clear he would be stepping into the frame very soon

Is that significant investor selling his 1,000,000 shares today? Oh yes he is. Expect more. Mug punters are ripe for the taking. I suspect he hasn't heard of nickel and vanadium in batteries or of revenues from Southport. Or perhaps he has. No nickel or vanadium produced for twenty years. No mention of Southport anymore. Be careful. Don't be left holding.

RMI shares rocketed overnight on the ASX - up 28%, something is clearly going on at the Wo Wo Gap Nickel project

RMI shares now trade at 18c verses 5c at the time Corcel bought the 1st tranche of their debt.

Makes Corcel (CRCL) even more interesting don't you think, Nickel consolidation in PNG.

Background action !

Beavum boys are surely running a short book hoping they can close via a placing BUT they forget that Corcel now has a deep pocketed strategic investor onboard with a history of financially supporting their investments.

Oh dear - how will they close their short book?

A coiled spring? Is that a 3-C tight squeeze. The company value hasn't moved since December 2019 when the share price was 3-4p. The shares in issue have increased from 87 million to 190 million since then. Add the fact that the "flagship" Mambare has dropped from 50% ownership to 41% and the company value has remained static. It is worrying that the fresh batch of mug punters to the slaughter cannot see that continual cash raises are going to ensure the value of their holdings. Be careful. What are the pencilled in Southport revenues? Zero. How much nickel has the company produced in the last twenty years? Zero. How much is Parsons paying himself? Oodles. The next cash raise is being signalled.

Recent placing was at a premium and a gaggle of warrants priced at 1.6p, a 68% premium to the then market price.

Hard to believe the market cap here is only £1.95m based on 1p a share.

Coiled spring comes to mind, could easily be trading at 3p or 4p given the exciting sector they are in.

For info, largish premium being asked for just £5k of stock.

Looks like it is about to move, chart forming a uptrend pattern also.

Usually insiders have some clue as to what is happening, filters back to market participants hence hard to buy in size.
