How will they pay off a loan if they have no income (as per the accounts)?Just challenging Rmart, no need to be snappy :-)

Mr Roper, They raised £300k in the placing and also took a loan for £300k, so they raised £600k in total. Cash burn is £20k to £30k moth so they have plenty of money. Ignore the placing talk as it is complete nonsense.

“With the receipt of both planning and the grid connection, we are now able to finalise the land lease, assess final project economics and validate procurement timelines, all with a view to either initiating discussions with project funders (likely at an SPV level) or indeed to consider a quick sale of the project to a third party,” he added.

Funds could raised via sale of burwell

Cyber, see here

They have just raised with warrants at 2p that will bring more in then. The company has stated they want more value attributed to the progress so far before they raise further.

"Quick look at their recent accounts, are they not going to be needing money very soon?"

Good question to which the following may prove useful:

This only in the last 15 months:

December 2019 - £830,000 placing
April 2020 - £470,000 placing
June 2020 - £220,000 placing
October 2020 - £750,000 placing
February 2021 - £300,000 placing

And therefore one has to ask:

6 monthly "Admin costs" £493k.
Loss for the six months £526k
Cash at bank at 31 dec 2020 £180k.
Cash raised so far - squillions.

WTF! Where is the money?????

Can anyone tell me what comes next?

Next raise will be done at higher prices.

Raised 300k two months ago to see it through the material news period.

I know, to match MAST valuation we need to be around 8p. And that is based on just half of Burwell.

Mast have 3 developments totalling 20MW battery, Burwell is 50MW battery and 50MW Solar. And then we have Mambare (previously held a mkt cap of £40m alone), WoWo valued at A$168m and Dempster Vanadium.

It simply makes no sense and will correct itself soon.

No real fall back from 1.4 last time so now we should finally crack it and move on to 2p+ imo.

Just snagged some at 1.398, so doing my bit to move this on. HH’s post last night is a staggering valuation for something I would have no interest in owning, 20x the valuation of CRCL, just bonkers.

RM,

Mast's IPO should see a healthy aftermarket, judging from the recent example of AMTE.

AMTE Power (AMTE) floated just under a month ago at 175 pence per share.

It's currently 277p - market cap. £95.68M.
