A perfect plan.

Have a never ending drill so that the mug punter can be titillated for ever.

Scottie is the brains behind all this.

Parsons pulling the strings from the grave

Be careful.

Well spud first week of September, now into November. Radio silence from the Angolan operator can only mean one thing. The well is a goer and they're keeping it under wraps to allow Corcel to acquire more acreage cheaply before the cat is out of the bag.

Interview Highlights

Why did you choose Angola?
The main factor encouraging CRCL to invest in the country is the enormous potential
& successful history of the Angola oil & gas sector. (only successful offshore - Ed)

What led you to invest in onshore?
Good question, why invest onshore? We believe onshore Angola has enormous potential.

Are you comfortable with the risk?
We are so comfortable that we're looking to acquire some more Angola onshore blocks.

In short what is your strategy?
Our strategy is to acquire new blocks. The aim is to encourage exploration activity.

It seems CRCL has a key role as the London interest in Angola's marketing efforts to encourage foreign investment. With minimal take-up of the onshore blocks so far CRCL will have its pick of moose pasture, part-funded by Sonangol as loss-leader activity and part-funded (indirectly) by UK retail investors who will support CLN conversions.
As a wise man once said, 'Compelling' - and Parsons may yet prove his doubters wrong.

Have you guys got any tips on another stock I can start a Wibble thread on. I have decided I have a spare 5 (precious) years or so to dedicate my time to a bit of wibbling, you have broken me and see the fun you are having and don’t want to miss out.

I promise I won’t wibble here, you guys deserve it and and I would not want to step on your toes, I am very happy to strike out on my own and carve out my own wibble territory. 😀

Is that one of those Shakespeare sonnet thingies?

A love sonnet?

Great to have the cream of LSE posting here.

I'm confounded as to the knowledgeable posters appearing there.

Where do they drag them up from?

Be careful.

Oh the Grand old duke of York of Wibble
He had ten thousand men
He marched them up to the top of the hill
And he marched them down again
And when they were up they were up
And when they were down they were down
And when they were only halfway up
They were neither up nor down.
