Finally, the Company announces that it has formally notified YA II PN Ltd and Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC, and has now repaid the balance of the corporate debt due following today's conversion notice. This payment fully retires the facility, most recently announced on 30 January 2023.Antoine Karam, Executive Chairman of Corcel, commented: "The retirement of this legacy debt position alongside the convertible loan facility recently announced, continues the Company's transition to a new framework of funding our development. We thank our warrant holders for helping facilitate this process through their conversion and for demonstrating their material support for our ongoing development."

These are giant fields - Leni knows it and so does Pharmacal. It could be as big as Broadford Bridge - if not bigger!

When Riverfort and Align can convert their loans @0.4p (and forward sell in-market at
any price above 0.4p), it's no wonder the share price is not advancing beyond that.
We await news with the drillbit on this proven uneconomic field. Good luck everybody.

KON 11 contains 2 of Angola’s earliest fields. The Tobias field has 94 Mbbl OOIP and produced 30% of that from 12 wells ...the field had a sharp decline rate. The Galinda field had 21 Mbbl OOIP and 10% was recovered from 2 wells before being decommissioned. After initial production the decline rate was sharp.
