I did hear whispers that several major European utilities were keen to break into the Canadian PhD student market. Apparently happy to pay big bucks for entry into this lucrative but overlooked business. Gives them ready access to the student refectory and big discounts on textbooks etc. Could be a bidding war?

They are listing on the Main Market of the LSE shortly, their aim is to....

acquire and develop a portfolio of small-scale flexible power generation assets that will help balance out the UK's national grid at critical times

A perfect fit for Corcel.

Yes it does look like it could be the Southport project.

Transaction is stated as having a value of £1.7m, I said the podcast was a good one, Kaintz again refers to the fact the Mambare alone once gave the company a £40m valuation, CRCL can be bought sub £3m value right now !

When the herd arrives this will multi bag.

Has the CEO inadvertently released price sensitive information concerning the Southport energy project.

In the new interview posted yesterday he implies (around 20 mins in) they could be about to sell it and are talking to the interested party this week, he does say it is a AIM listed company.

Well I believe that could be Kibo Energy and they released this last week...



The total consideration is £1.7m

It will be interesting to see if this is the project in question but what other AIM company could it be if not Kibo Energy ?
