We should have WOWO news during the night on ASX, so maybe an RNS here in the morning.

The more base power there is, at the cheaper prices B Johnson is promising, the less demand for emergency peakers - especially given their current rapid (so we are told although I have my doubts) expansion. At the least, the current uncertainty about gas prices must be causing some would-be-funders pause for thought.

These are emergency units. They will remain.

An important week this week for the WoWo deal being agreed. One piece of news we know will come, but if they could deliver Burwell or one of the others projects.

So if all UK power will be 'green' (definition not gas or fossil) by 2035 (Acc to one B Johnson) - what does that mean for 'gas peakers' whose economics are predicated on 25 year lives ?

Tick Tock! Is that one day to go until the end of September? Tring Road and Avonmouth will be completed by then. Or not. The horse has spoken:

hxxps://stockboxmedia.com/podcasts/podcast-with-corcel-plc-ceo-scott-kaintz/

I hope Scottie doesn't have to put on his blazer and be "dragged" along by Arlington like some petulant schoolboy:

"Corcel has also agreed to AE having standard industry drag along rights from end September 2021, in the event that the parties have not arranged funding for the project by that stage".

Shareholders might have to do without the mind numbing Corcel tweets today as Scottie could have homework to do. Be careful.

Scott or Parsons has yet to meet a deadline or even a promise and I do not see any change in that.

Tick Tock Scottie. Tring Road and Avonmouth by September. Is that two days to go? Otherwise investors might be upset at more targets being missed. How is the "maturing" of the Southport peaker plant going? Any sign of those end of year revenues yet? Be careful.

RMART, Align tweeted that Sinom could be just switching nominee account. UBS act on behalf of clients so it is unlikely an investment decision by UBS themselves imho.

Edgein

UBS dont operate a UK smaller companies fund, so I doubt UBS were buying this for their own account. More likely, they bought on behalf of a wealthy private client who for now, wishes to remain anonymous.

There are two notifications. The first on 21st Sept shows UBS going above 9%. The second on 22nd Sept shows going below notifiable threshold (below 3%). Dont know if they retained any holding?

It is a very similar holding size to Base pacific holding so it could be it has changed hands, Hopefully the company update the shareholder registry to reflect these changes either way.

Wow, that is some new holding if I am reading the RNS correctly. It will explain why when they dropped the price down and I tried to buy there were often none available in quantity (for me anyway).

Never mind Burwell being slow. Did Scottie say "financial close"(twice) by September on Tring Road and Avonmouth in this podcast in June? :

hxxps://stockboxmedia.com/podcasts/podcast-with-corcel-plc-ceo-scott-kaintz/

Isn't there a "drag along" with Arlington if the September target is missed?

"Corcel has also agreed to AE having standard industry drag along rights from end September 2021, in the event that the parties have not arranged funding for the project by that stage"

Perhaps Arlington expected results by now? Results? I've never known Corcel to be tardy. Perhaps this is the new normal? Be careful.
