30/7/2021 10:32 | There are similarities twixt WoWo and Burwell and Southport. Southport? Isn't that the "gas fired "peaker plant" with 7.2MW generation capabilities"? Weren't revenues due end 2020? Latest sign of Southport was in the finals end June 2020: "the Company was also maturing a site in the Southport Energy Centre, located North of Liverpool however, the Burwell site in Cambridgeshire and other flexible power generation and storage opportunities now remain the Company's primary focus in the UK". That's how Southport was disappeared. Is Burwell going the same way? Testament to the lack of follow through by the management perhaps? Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
30/7/2021 10:15 | There are similarities twixt WoWo and Burwell. The landowner has planning permission at Burwell and hasn't signed a binding lease. Corcel has an option on a (deferred) grid connection. How long does the option last? Corcel has said it does not think the grid connection deferral will be needed (5th May 2021) but has not announced that it won't be needed in the 3 months since "Imminent" has come and gone. Like WoWo without the EL, Burwell has no value. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
30/7/2021 10:08 | WOWO GAP. JORC Resource of 125 million tonnes @ 01.06% Ni and 00.07% Co (1.33 million tonnes nickel + 83k tonnes of cobalt) The numpties latest attempt on the darkside is to say it is worthless ! lol, goodness me how desperate. They are running out of runway for their de ramps so now try to change tack onto the latest thing that will probably be coming to Corcel and starting to tell us how worthless that is too. ffs, brainless fools. | rmart
30/7/2021 10:01 | Sinom is keeping RMI bankrolled because there is no Exploration Licence in place since February 2020, only the legacy agreements. Without the EL WoWo could revert to PNG government/landowner | ![]() helpfull

30/7/2021 08:50 | In late 2020, as previously advised, Sinom sold $4,761,087 of debt due from RMI to a UK AIM-listed company, Corel plc. These loans are unsecured and interest free. $2,761,087 is repayable at any time on or following 30 September 2021, and $2,000,000 is repayable at any time on or following 14 January 2022 forthwith on demand. | rmart
30/7/2021 08:45 | Looks like WoWo will be in Corcels hands shortly with Sept 30th being a deadline. Nice. Corcel Loans $4.761m Loans are unsecured, interest free and due to Corcel plc. 30/7/2021 08:04 | Our friend Mr Smart over there can't stomach any reasoned post that questions his fantasy world. I knew he would ban me before long. Sad sorts of people these boards attract sometimes - wanting to be tinpot kings of their little castles ! My reasons for questioning Align's valuation remain and are posted for the benefit of investors who want the truth and are intelligent enough to recognise it. One of the worst analysts Ive ever come across (having known his 'work' for over 10 years) has based his corcel 'target' on the already very dodgy valuation for MAST (about 5 times what is justified - by questionable methods and for reasons you can read up on the MAST boards) - and on top has completely skated over the financing implications both for MAST's '£23m' (which even before being manipulated at the ipo to 4 times what accounting standards would show) assumes its projects are already owned and financed when they're not, and the same for Corcel. Once you factor in that vital information, which any competent analyst would do, you will find that substantial cash raises and share dilution will have to happen before Corcel (or MAST) actually has any share of the income to be produced. To know that, you need to know how each SPV (ie each site) will be financed and how much that will cost. If Corcel (or MAST) want that share, on the figures you can find on Companies House for simiar sites, they are going to have to put up at least £1/2 m per MW in equity cash. Corcel of course (and MAST) haven't given that vital investor information in any of their puffs and presentations, let alone in any prospectus or financial report. The reason both cos have gone to WHIreland is that it has a large pi investor base, who can be more easily bamboozled, so it remains to be seen what justification and figures the latter will come up with (and what it will omit) when it goes to those pi's for the cash Mast and Corcel will have to raise quite soon. | ![]() lurker5

29/7/2021 18:29 | rmart is in it for the multibagger. As he was in the previous pump just before he sold out and started to denigrate the management and trash the company. So much so that he was even shunned by the dark side after leaving his fiance, Hedgie, at the alter holding the baby. This pump and dumping is a zero sum game. When rmart sells up (and it will be anytime soon) you will have paper shares and a zero sum in your pocket. Ask torreaguas on LSE of Donkey bagger on twitter. Or rmart himself. All the same person designed to relieve you of your money. It is what he does. Or what he would like to do it you are mug enough. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
29/7/2021 17:50 | go away you self loving fool. You have no need to post here, you just choose to, go to the dark side where you will be welcomed by dumchee and friends. You can all sit there and watch the share price go up up and up from there. it is here, feel free. | rmart

29/7/2021 14:02 | Mr Smart. ALL my cautionary posts about companies on these boards, over nearly ten year of posting, have been completely correct. The fact is that much of what analysts produce, especially by 'paid for' firms. (I have known and been part of that market for some of the last 20 years) is of extremely low quality and this is one of them. You do know, of course, of the research showing that 75% (or thereabout) of AIM (standard market is too new but of even lower disclosure requirement) investors lose money. Because they are lured in by this sort of sub-standard 'puff'. In any case, have you read , and understood, what I have written ? Tell us all where I am wrong. The fact that shares rise (and often peak) on this sort of 'research' means investors just swallow what they are told. Very few pi's have the ability to spot dodgy research and unproven assertions. | ![]() lurker5
